I called on a Saturday afternoon because my AC quit working and I have 3 kids on a 100 degree day! Dave answered and sent a Tech out (Zack) right away. I needed a capacitor for my a/c. I was charged $220 and it took approximately 15 minutes total mostly for paperwork. I went online and saw that I could buy a capacitor from Amazon for $24 so I was charged $200 for 15 minutes work.
The A/C went out again 2 weeks later and it was the capacitor on the outside unit. He was going to charge me $440. I said no, so I was charged $69 for a diagnostic fee for no work.
Air Rite Heating and Air charges $95 per hour and they are very knowlegable and efficient. They came out the same day I called them. Definitely go with Air Rite.
Called to have them come out and service my A/C scheduled an appointment guy never showed. Called back Monday morning to reschedule they answered said oh he never showed? He said he will have him out to us by noon, 2:30pm rolled around and still no one had came, the guy finally called and stated he would be here in a hour waited two hours and no one showed. So I called to let them know I was waiting for someone to come out, and a rude woman answered the phone and very rudely stated Bob talked to you about this I said nope he didn't and then she went on to say the guy is new and slower an just bunch of excuses I then said that's fine I understand can I reschedule because I've done business with them before so wanted to give them another chance, and she flat out tells me they have a lot of people without heat right now and that is more important and pretty much made it sound like my business was not wanted. I was so shocked I said okay Ill go else where she said that sounds good!!!!! Who says that running a business???? Worst customer service ever! and on top of that she keep referring to me as HUN! which is not okay to call a customer, I am just so blown away at the amount of disrespect from this company, I have never written a bad review but this place sure earned the attention to get one from me.

Great people to do business with. Service professional was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure and problems we were experiencing and what to do to fix the problem. Will continue to use and recommend them in the future for HVAC difficulties .
The repairman was inexperienced and immediately tried to sell me a new unit I ended up getting the repair done elsewhere both quickly and correctly. There are many better choices in the area.
