When my AC went out during this week’s heat wave, I called the company that I purchased the unit from. They offered to come out a week later, but said that they would not touch a thermostat that they didn’t install. Since I have a Nest, that didn’t work for me, so I called Bob’s Air Repair, hoping for better service. Boy, did they come through! They sent a technician out within two hours, and he troubleshot it and fixed it on the spot! He was friendly and professional. I will be forever grateful to this company!
Bought a complete new heating and air system from Bob and am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. His staff was friendly and professional. Great customer service. I would do it all over again it was so great but I am now broke. Highly recommend this business.
104 here yesterday and my A/C goes on the fritz! Uh oh... I called Bobs Air Repair (my neighbor recommended) and they had someone out here the same day! It was a pretty easy fix (so lucky) The nice young man took care of it quickly and efficiently. I am SO happy and impressed!! I will be a return customer.
We phoned Thursday noon about our air-conditioning. Scott arrived that evening to check it out. He explained, in detail, what had happened. We had a choice. He never pressured us on what to decide: a new system or refill the old see what would happen. Given the age of the system, we went with a new one. Bob arrived and assured us they had one in stock and it would be in place the next day, Friday. And it was! So just 24 hours from reporting to fitting!
Bob’s Air repair was great! Called them on a Saturday around 8pm when my husband noticed our AC unit wasn’t cooling our house. They sent Kyle over the following morning and he has us up and running same day! With triple digit weather and smoke outside getting our AC repaired was needed and Bob’s air did just that. Highly recommend them!
Jessica is delightful, got us scheduled for later in the afternoon, called back with update and Kyle was here within 2 hours of first phone call. Kyle very pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable & had problem resolved within half an hour. Looking into upgrading heating and air system, we will be calling Bob's back soon. Thank you so much.
I contacted Bob's Air Repair to do an inspection of my furnace. Technician came and found something to investigate and said he would get back to me with the results. The Bob's Air repair technician had to contact the furnace manufacturer. Which is fair. It will take a day or two I was told. I had to call Bob's twice to follow up over a weeks time after the initial inspection. On the second follow-up call Bob's told me I could remove a part from my furnace and that would resolve my issue. I pressed Bob's for the assurances from the furnace manufacturer and the local building code. I wanted to ensure this would be legal and safe. They said they could provide this to me. Another call to the furnace manufacturer was required. Again crickets. After my second follow-up call I received a callback from the owner, Bob. He said that he could not provide any of the things that his company promised. He did offer to refund me my money.
TLDR Bob's Air Repair made promises that they could not keep and told me to go away.
