Aeris Heating & Air Conditioning

We had Marvin come out today to service and repair air conditioning unit at my disabled vet fathers home. What a nice man he is. Very knowledgeable. And took the time to explain the problem and the fix. I was hestitate in calling the company as outside my area. And more expensive than ones in my area.. However having someone knowledgeable and able to repair the problem was worth the extra money . In the end he gave us military discount and then some.. so we were pleased.. The receptionist Theresa was friendly and helpful. The only mistake is i should of scheduled my air conditioning at my home for service i was 5 min away..I gave them 5 stars as they deserve it. And we will use them again. I recommend Aeris inc!

We went to Aeris because we wanted to find a small business that would be responsive. Aeris worked to figure out an installation that was best for us and worked us into their schedule faster than we expected. Their personnel were skilled and professional and delivered a quality result. We plan to use them again in the future.

Our experience with Aeris Heating and Air conditioning was great. We had to replace our old air handler, which is a big and costly job. After several estimates we choose Aeris thanks to Marvin who came out and explained all our choices and helped us to pick the best system for a best price as well. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. His team who came out to install the system were professional, efficient and cleaned up after the job was finished. The whole experience was so good that I would gladly recommend Aeris to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service and workmanship! From the moment I called, I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner Arian. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent an hour over the phone with me going over my system and my requirements. The next day he sent out his technician to come take a look, and we signed a contract right away! A week later our install was scheduled and the crew was so quick, professional, and efficient. This has been the best experience I have ever had with any contractor, and I will be recommending Arian and his company to everybody I know!

We had our HVAC system replaced including our ducts over the summer in 2022. We had 4 companies bid for the project, including Aeris. Out of the 4, Aeris gave us the best deal. Aryan helped us from permitting, to installation and final inspection from the city. There was a little bit of delay on providing us information to help with the rebates but I was able to submit it. Overall, we are happy with their work and the system we got. Thank you.

Arian was great at working with my budget and even went out of his way to help me with extras. His team is also very good at what they do and patient with questions.

I had a difficult roof-top AC installation. A number of other places said they couldn't do it or wanted to over charge me because of this situation. Aeris was awesome as they did the job, no problems and told me not to worry. They were right!
They were on-time, did a professional job at a good price. Will use them again in the future and others should also.

Exceptional experience with this company for a new Air Conditioning, Heating, and duct system in my 70 year old home.

Pre-Sale experience: I contacted over 10 HVAC companies in the Los Angeles area requesting a quote for a new HVAC system with duct installation. These folks are exceptional and when they came out to inspect did a very nice job of explaining options and their recommendation. They know their business and provided a very clear plan along with their reasoning. Their proposal was very clear and detailed. Some of the other companies were very sketchy and were going to skip permits and MERS testing. These folks did not. They also were very competitive in their pricing and provided great value. This was not an inexpensive solution so I did my homework.

Post-Sale: In a week of signing the contract the team was on-site installing the system. Took about 2.5 days and they did everything they said they would in the contract from removing the old equipment and turning on the new. They were fast, thorough, and neat as the installation of the ducts in every room required cutting into the ceiling. System is running and time will tell if sizing was correct once it gets warm.

Bottom line: great experience pre/post sale and looking forward to any service needs with this company.

Marvin and Eric took such good care of us, and in a very timely fashion -- fixing our AC right before it started to get hot!
