Great service from Prime. Called Prime HVAC on a Tuesday afternoon for repair of a Viking gas cooktop. He came Wednesday morning and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. I'd recommend for any appliance repair.

Called about a broken refrigerator. Charged much less to assess the problem and provide an estimate for repairs. Was very honest and upfront about the repairs that were needed, . He said that he would do the repairs if we wanted, but recommended that we consider just buying a new refrigerator instead (which we did). Was very impressed in their customer first attitude and will definitely call them again for any other appliance repairs I might need.
