I had a great experience getting a new AC & Furnace from Clark Heat & Air. The owner Dave himself came out to survey our home and find out what we needed. They came in at a great price, after we had gotten 3 other quotes, installed nice new thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, and the system works well. The install crew came and left exactly as scheduled, took 2 days, about 4 hours each day, and besides the install noise, which is unavoidable, they were in and out. Friendly and clean. I highly recommend getting a quote for you next HVAC system.

Excellent service! Chris has been taking care of our HVAC needs for years. He is happy to explain everything he's doing in as much detail as you want and is proactive in identifying problems. When he heard a sound in the system this maintenance check up that he hadn't heard 6 months ago he methodically tracked down the source and provided pros and cons for repair based on the overall age of the system. We will definitely be renewing our maintenance agreement with Clark!

2021 Update - Continued outstanding and thorough service! Our AC went out over the weekend and when I called Monday morning they were able to get us on the schedule for the afternoon. As this was our 1st time meeting Scott, he took the time to share his HVAC background as well as the process Clark had him go through when he started (going out with Chris initially) to help reassure us that we were in good hands (in more than 15 years of maintaining our system no one but Chris had touched our system so we appreciated his reassurances.)

When it became clear we needed a whole new unit, Scott walked us through how the install would go so we would be prepared. He even found a way to bring the AC back online enough to provide some cooling until the new unit could be installed.Even though it was a busy week (temps in the high 90s = lots of service needs), Clark was able to complete the install within a few days. We highly recommend Clark and continue to renew our maintenance contract with them.

Prompt, accurate estimate. Great contact info with office. Excellent customized installation. Huge difference and savings with HVAC change. Would recommend to anyone, oh, honest too! Much better deal than heavily advertised service providers.

I love Clark Heating & Air. They’re always prompt, fair & very professional! I have an older unit (on its last leg), so I’ve used them quite a bit in the last few years. They have, so far, always been able to get my unit working again. I plan to replace my unit in the near future & will be using Clark to do the job!

Very impressive work to install A/C and furnace two years ago. Since I been referring others, I figured it was time to post on line. Owner/contractor listened to special request from husband who had experience in the industry. Very respectful and high quality work.
