Absolute Comfort Heating & Air

The team at Absolute Comfort Heating and Air were amazing. The install manager, Jacob , went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our install. He clearly communicated with us throughout the whole process and explained what they were doing and why. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family if and when a future heating or AC unit need arises.

We had a great experience with Steven as a result of the service from Absolute Comfort. We were looking to upgrade our NEST smart thermostat to an Ecobee that had more capabilities. It appeared that there was no Common wire to use to hook it up and called over to Connected Technology who referred us to Absolute Comfort.
Steven was great and right on time with the expected arrival period. He explained every step of what he was doing and was able to get things hooked up and running quickly.
We do have an older air conditioner/furnace that we will have to be replaced at some point and given just this simple service, we are looking forward to working with them again.
Absolute Comfort really should change their name to Absolute Joy because that is what working with them and with Steven in particular was.

Air Conditioner wasn't working correctly right before a nasty Sacramento heat wave.
Teresa was courteous and very helpful in working us into their busy schedule.
Steven came out in the scheduled time frame. He was friendly and professional. Luckily for us it was just a clogged drain pipe. He resolved the issue quickly. He fired up the AC and the house slowly began to cool down.
We would recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed.

I am so grateful to have found Absolute Comfort! They are honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. I am happy knowing my AC will have no issues this summer! They were able to accommodate my schedule and let me know when they were on their way! I highly recommend their service!

Steven was amazing!! He came to help on his actual day off! Although my ac could not be fixed today he gave me additional information to help keep my home cool until they are able to come back!! I would recommended Steven and Teresa, she also was great with the additional questions I needed help with! I would refer this company to anyone.

THE BEST AROUND!! So, after finding out I needed a new ac/heating unit, which no one wants to hear. I was nervous, scared and freaking out about how I was gonna come up with that kind of money. Jennifer, Theresa, Kristina and Chad got to work and helped me out with any and all questions I had. It was from that point on they made my experience easy and pleasant. With in a day I had my paperwork, appointments and the technicians coming out to my house the next day to put in a new unit. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. Definitely A+ 😎

We had a great experience with Steven. Our air was not working and we were in a stressful situation. Steven had a calm professional work ethic, which put us at ease. He provided excellent work and answered questions. Got a/c going! Yeah!!!
Probably will need new unit soon as it is 22+ years old. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable. Felt like we were dealing with a honest company. We will definitely refer to friends. I’m glad we called !

I loath chasing down vendors for follow-up, follow-through- any information really. Both were incredibly proactive and responsive w coordinating and relaying updates to ensure accurate abs complete hassle free service received!
