Oh my goodness. These folks are by far the most kind and sweetest folks ever! I needed my a/c unit serviced and technician Jim Waters was absolutely kind, prompt and pleasant.

Jacob did a great job fixing the A/C unit on the July 4th holiday. We were pleased with his courtesy and professionalism!

I called just before Thanksgiving knowing that my mother was coming to stay with us and that the HVAC system was probably not salvageable after too many years of neglect. Dave and his team showed up on time, diagnosed multiple problems with the old system and presented me with a fair price on a new system and ductwork to correct air flow issues. I still cannot believe they got it installed before Thanksgiving!!!!! What a great job, what great solutions to the problems of the old system, WOW what great technicians. My family could not be more pleased with the job Absolute Comfort Heating and Air did for us and we strongly recommend them to your family.

Dave and his company are the best! Our heating and air unit finally have out after 22 years back in June. Facing the hot Valley weather dead ahead, Dave knew what we needed. He had a couple of quotes to me within a day, along with a delivery and installation date within 6 days. I asked for some referrals and made some calls to compare pricing. Absolute Comfort was the best of the quotes, and could deliver the fastest. They even provided a portable AC unit to bridge the time until installation. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our situation. We had AC the day he promised, and are so pleased with our investment. Absolute Comfort is the best HVAC company around the Sacramento valley, and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I called his company told him exactly what I needed. She confirmed with her supervisor manager, or whoever it was and said that they were able to use it and I told him exactly what kind of a unit I have and what I am using it for and that I only use this refrigerator two days out of the year And that I don’t need it to be full. I just need it to be to the point where it’s getting cold and it will last me for two days out of the year after wasting my time for 10 minutes she goes back and says oh we don’t do refrigerator coolant and yet I told her from the beginning that it is for a refrigerator she tries to deny that I ever said that And yet that’s how I started the whole conversation just to make sure that they can work on that type of a HVAC system. Why confirm the type of coolant when I tell you exactly what type of system it is and what it’s used for and then turn around and tell me we don’t do that. Are you not knowledgeable about the company that you work for maybe you shouldn’t be working there , she would not let me talk kept talking over me when I’m trying to explain to her the entire conversation and how I did tell her what exactly I need it done. Hence the reason she gave me pricing. Save your breath and your money on this company because they have no customer service and clearly forget your entire conversation.
