Prime HVAC & Appliance Repair is my go-to for all my appliance needs. Their techs, Adam, Alex, Sam, and Mike, are all knowledgeable, efficient, and provide excellent customer service.

While I had to wait it out to get onto their schedule, I am now a happy again owner of an LG dryer. Adam worked quickly to assess the problem and fix what turned out to be worn out rollers. He was super flexible about looking at another appliance problem and happened to have the part on his truck that he charged less than what I've found online. I'm not a frequent customer of appliance repair, but I am totally impressed and satisfied with these guys.!!!!!

My refrigerator stopped cooling. I had a great experience with these folks about 8 months ago when I had another issue with my refrigerator, so I gave them a call. The service guy came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part, and two days later - today - he replaced the part which fixed the problem. And the price was very reasonable.

I love the great communication we received!! They even moved our appointment up when they had an opening in our area. Our technician didn't hurry through the process but kept after the problem that three other guys tried to fix over the past 3 years but failed. We are hopeful that the ice maker on our Samsung is now fixed once and for all! We so appreciate the ease of scheduling and knowledgeable technician who took the time to find the problem!
