Prime Appliance did an amazing job today.
Put a request out on Yelp and they were on it and responded within 15 minutes. They set an appointment and we’re even early. Lee (service guy) was respectful and took his shoes off before coming in and got to work diagnosing the problem with my Samsung dryer.
Within a hour it was fixed and heating again. He also cleaned out the dryer (haven’t done) and told us that it was pretty dusty from use!!! Recommended having them out every year for a clean out for safety!!!
