Washing machine wouldn't drain. the Prime technician (Alex) was on time, friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. Price seems reasonable (although I didn't shop around). I will definitely use Prime again.

Found Adam on Maps after washer stopped working. He was able to come out the next day. Per Adam, motor in Kenmore washer was 15min fix . Nice, friendly service.
