Shower diverter valve in guest bathroom not functioning. Technician, Kyle, came on time, rapidly diagnosed problem and promptly performed the replacement repair. Would not hesitate to call Sherlock for any future repairs.

We purchased an ac with install from Sherlock less than a year ago and it quit working during the first major heatwave we experienced. However, Sherlock got a technician out to us by the end of the following business day which was a pretty great turn around considering what a busy time it is for them. It turned out that the ac was either set up with too little coolant or has a leak. They replenished it and it works fine now, fingers crossed its not a leak. I appreciate that they took care of us and prioritized helping us when they were so busy.

We haven't used our ac since Sherlock refilled the coolant. Well, it doesn't work again, technician came out and this time says there's a definite leak and we need to pay Sherlock $3500 to fix it. We just bought the whole unit from them less than 2 years ago?! We have been asking management and customer service to call us back for over a week now. Every time we call we are told it will be 24 -48 hours, yet 7 days later , no call. So disappointing. When they came out before, I think there was a leak, and rather than fix it while we were under warranty, they just made up an excuse that the system hadn't been properly installed with enough coolant. Now they are avoiding addressing the issue. I would advise anyone to beware of this trick. If you're low on coolant, there's a reason and we should have known better than to trust a refill with a story about "maybe not set up properly".

We have been calling Sherlock regarding this issue for over 2 weeks. We are always told we will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. No one ever calls. Supposedly "CJ" or " Rachel" , the customer service manager and service manager are being given our messages. It's crazy to me that you will respond to a Google review publicly, pretending to care, yet refuse to call me back to address this issue?! Please provide a contact here in your comments because continuing to state for me to contact senior management is no help at all, they have all the phone messages and are refusing to call back. If you read my previous review, you are obviously aware your management is not calling me back. How do you suggest I reach "senior management"? Please use specifics or do anything besides commenting that I should keep calling. I am literally posting this Google review because I have tried calling so many times and have no other method to resolve this. Feel free to leave your direct number and name if you're actually interested in helping.

I can’t say enough good things about Sherlock. We became homeowners in 2020 and have been using them for over 2 years on everything from plumbing concerns to HVAC installation and maintenance. They are always prompt, communicative, professional and kind. My most recent interactions have been with Tommy, Kyle and Delfino on the plumbing side and Alex on the HVAC maintenance side. All of them have been exceptional and knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions.

I really am grateful to have found Sherlock and proud to be a Sherlock-serviced home. Their work always fixes the issues (even though new ones pop up in our 70+ year old home!) and leaves me with a peace of mind. He wore protective covers over his shoes when in the house. He kept us informed as he performed the preventative maintenance.
