I scheduled a routine maintenance check for my heating and air conditioning system. I was able to schedule a date that was convenient for me, and was reminded about the appointment and notified when the technician would be arriving. Schuyler Davis, the service technician, arrived and provided me with excellent service. He explained what he would be doing, and kept me informed throughout the time he was here. My heater and air both required some maintenance which Schuyler was able to perform the same day. He was knowledgeable and professional with a very pleasant personality. I would highly recommend him.

After working with another company and having lots of issues with them, we have been very happy with our experience at Sherlock so far. They were able to get us an appointment the next day. Victor, our technician, was great. He was friendly and took the time to listen to us regarding the problems we have had with our AC. He clearly explained each step he took to diagnose the problem and was knowledgeable about the system as well as transparent about the costs and options we had for repairing the issue.

Tommy C. was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my many questions and honest. He and the person who came with were professional and helpful moving things around to work in a tight space (even though I offered to). They put things back as they were prior to starting the work. I recommend Tommy and Sherlock.
One suggestion is for Sherlock as a business is for phone support to improve communication with customers on specials, meaning what's included, what's not included, and for which specific appliances. And to also communicate clearly what was discussed to the people arriving to do the work. It seems like there is room for improvement in this area.

Lukas came out for our system checkup and identified an issue we didn’t even know we were having with our thermostat which was causing our furnace to not kick on properly. He thoroughly troubleshooted the issue, fixed it, and showed me how to make adjustments so that if I felt I needed to change the airflow I could do it myself as well. This is an issue we would have likely stumbled on in colder months later this year and would have had to place a service call. Super thankful for Lukas’ help. He was so kind and professional and helpful.

I called Sherlock plumbing because they had a high rating and a long time in service. Morgan came to my house for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. He was uniformed and had a card and all the equipment and knowledge to provide multiple estimates on the problem encompassing different types of solutions.

The next day I received a call to make sure that they met my satisfaction. They did ask for, if warranted a 5 star review to give the technician a chance to “win” tools and gift certificates which did prompt me to write a review, but it was 5 star service in this instance.

I called Sherlock to see if Tommy could come by and take a look at several toilets, water heater, and water regulator. I had read excellent reviews regarding Tommy's honesty and service. He did not disappoint. After the thorough evaluation of these items by Tommy and Jesse (a new employee in training), Tommy shared his view on what he thought needed to be replaced and what didn't. The fact he didn't push any items helped establish my trust in him. He and Jesse were friendly, honest, fair, and made me feel good about moving forward. I am looking forward to having Tommy install several new toilets and a water heater in the coming days.

Kyle and Jesse were so lovely, communicative, and helpful today that I had to jump on and immediately give them a 5 star review. They pulled foam toys and probably 20 years worth of hair from our shower drain. It's now working better than ever and I appreciate how quick and professional their service was. Everyone at Sherlock is so responsive and kind! We will definitely be calling them in the future.

Kyle from Sherlock Plumbing, Heating & Air provided excellent service today clearing our home shower drain. The service was quickly scheduled and Kyle was on-time, professional, and clean and courteous of our home. Not only did he quickly solve our initial problem, he provided additional information to prevent future issues and provided advice on other plumbing questions. The price was excellent and service was above and beyond. Thank you Kyle, I’d definitely contact Sherlock again and recommend their service.

Sherlock is lucky to have Cesar as one of their technicians! He is polite, kind and professional. Most important is that he really cares about his job and that the customer is happy. Sadly, that is getting rare these says.
He did a great job servicing our HVAC unit and performing an adjustment to one of the ducts.
HE deserves 5 stars, but I'm deducting one star for an issue with the installation a few years ago (it was tenant occupied at the time, so we were not present) and the fact I requested a manager to contact me and have not yet received a call - it's been three days...
P.S. My puppy fell in love with Cesar, and you know how good dogs are at judging people! Cesar is dog🐾 approved! I'll be sure to ask for him the next time! 😃
