A rep from Sherlock, Jeff, came to my home to provide an estimate and he spent several hours talking to me, measuring, and doing calculations which, according to Consumer Reports, is exactly what you want when getting an estimate for an A/C system. It's a red flag if they just "guesstimate" the BTU's you need without measuring or performing the calculations.

I had another company provide an estimate but I went with Sherlock because they offered a price range of systems that seemed excellent, and also Jeff and Trinity (the scheduler) went out of their way to answer all my questions during I was deciding how to proceed.

The installation was schedule very quickly, and the team that performed the installation was excellent. It took two days to install because my house did not previously have an A/C system, and Abraham, Jeff, and Eddie, were all friendly and professional and they all did a great job. Abraham especially because he kept me up to date with the progress of the installation, and also when they encountered an issue with the circuit board of the air handler and sent someone to the supplier to get a replacement.

All-in-all the experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Sherlock to anyone looking buy an A/C system or have an existing system maintained.

I am right now enjoying the quiet cool air in my home and I am absolutely loving it!

I have been very pleased with the A/C and HVAC systems that were installed by Sherlock Heating, Plumbing, & Air. I'm equally pleased with their annual VIP inspection of the systems to provide me with insight into what should be done to either maintain my systems or improve their ongoing performance. I like that this service is proactive rather than finding out after some system failure. Both Schuyler and Brandon were very courteous, professional, timely, and thorough. It was a pleasant experience.

They took the time to explain to me what they were doing, and seemed genuinely interested, in making sure my air conditioner and heater were working properly. They did a good job servicing my AC system. No issues with service. They were very professional and helpful. Only improvements could be giving a more precise timeframe for my appointment rather than being on standby the day of and waiting for the update for the technician arrival.

I had a problem with my sink getting chronically clogged. When the experts first got here they gave me ideas of what it might be and I was sweating. But not only did they fix the problem, they figured out it was a lot simpler than they originally thought and (upon realizing that) charged me half the price. They also left me with great advice for preventing it in the future. Morgan was the one who really helped me out, and he did an excellent job. He was very authentic and professional.

Sherlock Heating, air and plumbing is a great service provider for bath repair. Our upstairs bathroom shower and handle was broken for a week until we could get it done. Glad this company is local and takes pride in their work. Our plumber Josh Telford was great, patient and explained everything. He checked for any issues we should be aware of. He was able to get the job done without any damage. He did the job like a surgeon.

Our ac went out and found Sherlock as a top reviewed service on Google. Set up an appointment and was able to have a tech come out very quick. Victor was the technician that came out to check out our ac unit. Victor was VERY thorough in checking everything that could be wrong with it and trying to fix it before ruling out a new unit. Very satisfied with his service. Ac is dead but they'll be replacing it. Thank you Victor!

Alex was very professional, informative, on time and friendly. He had our A/C blowing cold air again in less than 30min. He answered all my questions and provided a through inspection. Thanks again Alex

Schuyler was very professional and kind. He was efficient and informative. The only reason for 3 stars is they’re short handed so it took 2 months to get me on the schedule. But they were good about communicating updates. We just had a regular service performed and then added a regulator to the HVAC unit after recommendation.

This was the second time we had Sherlock out for a plumbing job, and they again did a great job. Jose was our plumber and he was great—he is professional and courteous and quickly replaced a leaky pipe. Sherlock has the customer service of a small, personal shop with the team capacity of a larger company, and we’ve been able to have them out same day on two occasions for urgent issues. Will certainly call them again for future needs!
