This is how things should be. I recently had a less than ideal experience with another plumber and had reached out to John Stevenson Plumbing for a second opinion. I’m glad I did because this has been the best experience I've had with a plumber. Louie and Bryant were both professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and provided 5 star quality customer service. Louie quickly removed a clog in our shower drain and Bryant came out later the same day to perform a complimentary video inspection of the drains after the fact for peace of mind.

Brent came out, on time, very professional. Used covers for his shoes for the upstairs carpet. I had him replace the parts in the faucet on the downstairs shower. I also got estimates for water heater options, as well as water filtration. Just a great experience.

Was nervous about a flashing red light and humming motor in my heating system. Samson came the day I called (on a Saturday!). He checked everything thoroughly and explained in detail what the system was doing. There was no problem with the system, thank heaven. And now, there is a very honest and reliable person I can call if needed at a later time. Happy that John Stevenson has Samson Hernandez working for us.

Probably the most professional home installers we have ever dealt with. From the initial consultation to the day of installation, everything was first class. Everything they said they were going to do happened. They were on time, friendly, courteous, explained everything and left no mess behind. They are not the cheapest, but we don't have to worry about the quality of workmanship they did and the everything about the water heater installation is up to code and we have hot water again. Zero complaints from us.

Elijah came literally on a moments notice. I called in the morning and he was there to clear my kitchen drain after lunch! Knowledgeable, professional and thorough! We are very pleased with his expertise and would recommend him and Stevenson’s without reservation.

My furnace went out over the weekend. I knew it would be crazy to try to get somebody there on Sunday but I called a couple repair shops on Monday morning and the only one who answered was John Stevenson. They sent repairman send somebody Pedro Bravo. He took one look at my 39 year old furnace and said I will give you an estimate, but I do not want to fix this, it is in too bad of condition I agreed with him and he referred to a sales person who came that day. His name was Trey. He was professional didn’t try to push products I didn’t need or want and promised next day delivery first thing in the morning. The next morning I got a phone call and the repairman were here in a half an hour to install the new furnace. The crew did an excellent job and were very careful and neat. I am extremely pleased with my service from John Stevenson, plumbing, heating and air.

Late afternoon July 3, I found myself in a situation that needed p professional plumbing help. I called a few contacts referred by friends, John Stevenson's number picked up at the first ring! Less than an hour later Armando arrived. He fixed the problem, tested it to make sure we were all good, and tested other things too and made great observations and recommendations. Thank you Armando, and the supportive office staff!

Pedro arrived early to do the annual service on our AC unit. Filters were changed and the AC unit was inspected. All work was professionally and courteous, especially his attention to shoe coverings, which were not necessary. He also took care of closing the doors so cats did not escape. I had a stellar experience with this company! Devon and Cyrus came over to give me a free estimate on replacing a garbage disposal, that I thought was broken (based on an assessment by another plumbing company). As it turned out, it was not broken at all and just needed to be reset. The guys reset the appliance right there, at no charge, thus saving my hundreds of dollars that I thought I needed to spend. Devin and Cyrus were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And even my pup loved them :) I will 100% call them again!
