Sherlock came out and diagnosed the problems with our heater. They gave us several options and were up front and honest. We ended up just replacing our heater and AC units as they were so old and not working efficiently for our house. They were able to replace both right away. The prices were fair and they are running great. I would recommend Sherlock for your heat and air repairs/ install and we were so happy with them I would use them for the other work they provide!

The team at Sherlock Plumbing, Heating & Air is top notch. What started as an emergency AC repair in the summer of 2020 culminated with a long overdue full system upgrade, mini split installation and water heater upgrade.

The sales process was painless, there was no pressure and everyone was professional, and courteous every step of the way. I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like part of a family. The install team was prompt, thorough and took the time to explain things every step of the way.

P-Jose Reyes was friendly and easy to communicate. There were some differences about the charge and service from what I was told by Bob over the phone initially. I took my bet and the clogged toilet was cleared.

The service technician that replaced my water heater managed through a very difficult situation where the new unit was defective. He was an amazing advocate and went above and beyond to insist that the manufacturer overnight a replacement part. This is a case of you get what you pay for. Sherlock is not the least expensive, but they do follow through.

We bought our heating and A/C systems from Sherlock in 2013. We have them out for periodic system check-ups. Today they found a leak in the refrigerant line of our A/C system. They were excellent in communicating the issue, showing me, and being clear about costs before doing any work. We clearly needed it done. They did the work and showed me all the data on how it was before and after. I trust them fully and would highly recommend them for new systems or maintenance & repairs. Kudos to the technician, Tim. He was terrific. Knowledgeable and respectful of the surprise cost. He communicated with empathy while being honest about the issue. he was personable and represented the company extremely well. 5-stars for Sherlock.

Kyle was knowledgeable and straight forward when explaining the issues with my tankless water heater and what it would take to to solve them. I value his opinion and will use Sherlock again.
