Our AC appeared to leaking water. Kappl responded to my call quickly. Jennifer was wonderful. She got us an appointment within 24 hours. Erik arrived on time, with mask and foot protectors. He was super professional, honest and explained exactly where the problem was. He fixed the unit letting us know about pricing before anything. We will use Kappl and hopefully Erik for all our future maintenance! Thank you!!

Tony came to my home to replace a faulty sensor on my Trane ultra low nox furnace. Tony was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My part arrived within a few days and Tony returned to my home and installed the part quickly and with ease. He shared some information about DWP rebate programs and offered a free AC optimization service as I have a smart thermostat in my home. Highly recommend Kappl for HVAC needs, and especially Tony. Today, January 05 2022, Tony L came out to do our biannual maintenance.
Tony is a wonderful technician - he is very customer focused and he was very patient and answered all the questions we had for him.
Technicians like Tony are a great asset to Kappl and I hope Kappl knows that. We would love for Tony to do our maintenance always.
Everything went well and our unit which is 7 years old looks like new!!

They came to replace my thermostat but apparently my system was wired incorrectly and he wasn’t able to finish the job so said he’d have to come back with snjrhwr technician. They arrived on Friday on time as promised and they were able to complete the job in a couple hours! The were very professional and clean. They did a great job!! Kevin and his team were excellent! I got quotes from 5 different companies. We replaced our old Gas HVAC with a new TRANE heat pump system. It works great and the installers were very professional and really worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. Unit is quiet with zoning and we are very happy. Their financing option made it an easy choice. I would highly recommend Kappl.
