Kappl Heating & Air Conditioning

Second time using Kappl. Very happy with both services and techs. Christian came and diagnosed our problem with our AC. Very likable young man. Professional and knowledgeable. Gave me information on maintenance I should do to keep our system in top shape.
Tony came out the first time after another company completely screwed up our system. He went over everything and check out all aspects of its operation. He was a very knowledgeable HVAC person and I would not hesitate to have him out again. Kappl services our area and is the factory trained sales and service for our Trane system. Trane is the best. Consumer Reports rates Trane as the number #1 rated system for HVAC. Ours is about 12 years old and is still a really good system. Never had a problem with it before the other company screwed it up while doing electrical work. I look forward to buying another system from Kappl in the future. Thanks you Christian, Tony and Kappl for giving us peace of mind about our system.

Update 8/30/2022- Michael, their service tech just performed our bi-annual system maintenance and I am very pleased once again with Kappl. He was timely, respectful, and pleasant. I really appreciate their annual maintenance plan and the professionalism of their technicians.

If you are looking for a new Package system, I suggest you consider Kappl. We wished to replace our existing 15 year old Goodman package unit (Heat and A/C in one unit on the roof) thus we researched various brands and local HVAC companies for weeks. Fortunately for us, we found Kappl. Rest assured, If you want a responsive, professional, informative, trustworthy organization to do business with, give Kappl a call. Quite frankly, they were all simply a pleasure to speak with as well, in my experience. Kudos to Kevin and Christine for having a great team. Jenni is awesome and such a pleasure to talk to. A big Thank-You to Ivan and Nelson who had to spend 2 days in 100 degree heat up on our roof installing our new Trane system (which we absolutely love). They were prompt, professional, clean and respectful. Well done Kappl.

I am very pleased with Kappl Heating and Air conditioning. I made a call to get a quote and the condo is in Los Angeles and Jennifer had to check with the owner if they can make exception since they do not cover Los Angeles. I was relieved to get a reply that Kevin, the owner can come out to check my unit that need replacement. I got a quote in 24 hours and I am very happy with this company for their professionalism and dedication to help and perform outstanding service.
My old system still working but very good to know who to call when the time comes.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our satisfaction towards the Trane A/C unit Kappl sold to us. The technician teams (Ivan, Nelson, Charlie) hard work and the impeccable scheduling and the administrative assistance by Christine as well as Loan consultant by Andrew.
Day 1, 5/10/2022,
The technician team came in time to dismantle the old cumbersome A/C unit and remove the worn-out ducts. They worked closely together with the roofers and made sure no one was hindering others pace of progress.
Day 2, 5/12/2022,
The technician team came early to do the prep work, such as positioning the curb, connecting the new ducts, etc . They worked tirelessly inside the sweltering hot attic and on top of the roof.
We give them two thumbs up for their professionalism. At 1:00 p.m. the
A/C unit arrived. Crane operator made it easy to position it right on spot. The team worked the technical and electrical details, as the temperature got even higher.
Day 3, 5/13/2022
Work continued until the AC unit was operational. new vents were installed, and no drywall mud debris left before the new vents were affixed.
When they completed the job, rooms are cool, floor is clean, control panel is state-of-the-art. We are impressed.

Once again, thank you Kappl, Andrew, Christine, Charlie, Ivan, Nelson. We definitely will tell this pleasant experience to our friends who would be interested in buying a new AC. Actually we already made one referral yesterday.

KAPPL came to remove an old/install a new HVAC system and the crew was great. They were quick, courteous, and professional. Tony, Mitch, and Kurt made sure all was installed properly, walked me through the new thermostat and helped me connect it to my phone. Great job!

I have used Kappl a few times for regular maintenance and repairs to my AC system. Chris the technician today did a good job and was pleasant to work with. He was thorough with his work and made an effort to make sure I had no questions or issues before leaving.

We used Kappl heating and air conditioning to look at issues we were having with two different units at our house. Christian was on time, professional, and was able to solve both problems quickly and efficiently. There was no attempt to upsell or charge us more than the basic fee discussed on the phone. We really appreciate their service and Christian’s personalized attention to target a solution quickly. We will definitely use Kappl again in the future.

I've used Kappl Heating and Air Conditioning services for over 20 years for both my home and my business. From the start, Kevin and Kristine have been incredibly supportive to my needs and extremely knowledgeable. I completely trust their recommendations for repair, replacement units, etc.
Their technicians are superior and well trained. My all time favorite is Tony. When he comes, I feel like I'm welcoming a member of the family I haven't seen for a while :) .He's friendly, caring, competent. Tony goes the extra mile. He makes certain everything is in perfect shape.
