Called to schedule flange repair Paul came reassured me after being told a worse scenario and fixed my toilet under an hour. Very pleasant experience both with office and technician. Will call again for any plumbing issues. Recommend

Called on Monday and they said the soonest they could send a guy to inspect the issue was on Friday between 9 - 10am. Fine. Thursday comes and while I'm at work, they call to 'confirm' the appointment. I couldn't get to the phone and they had closed calls after I tried calling after work. Friday morning, I call and the lady answering the phone is excessively indignant and upset I didn't confirm the appointment. Seriously?? What was there to confirm? And why was the assumption to cancel when I couldn't answer an unexpected phone call during the work day? Moving on: they rescheduled the appointment, and the plumber finally came to access the situation. He gave a very nondescript quote of, "that'll be $100, that'll be another $100, oh and that'll also be another $100." But also cleverly crafted a plan of dropping the bill by $100 if we provided a nice tip. Alright, well we didnt give a tip and we didnt go with Richco. Found someone else who gave straight pricing and wasnt difficult to arrange an appointment to repair the day of. TL,DR: Find another plumber.

We needed the flappers on a couple of toilets changed, along with two faulty spigots (one shower, one in the backyard). RichCO was very professional in coming out on the same day and fixing what needed fixing (even replacing a broken shut-off valve that we didn't even know about). Highly recommended!

Paul arrived on time and quickly unfroze laundry room faucets, making replacements unnecessary. Next, determined need to replace older pressure regulator, and returned the next morning to install the replacement part. Knowledgable and professional.

Tony was great. He did his best to remove the water heater and install a tankless one. He made sure that the hot water was running everywhere without issues. It was a pleasure having him.

We had a main line backup. They were out immediately and once they determined it wasn’t a simple clog, but roots invading the line, they dealt with it quickly. They were courteous and explained everything they planned to do clearly. I would definitely recommend them again.

The technician was polite and competent-seeming but the price quote was more than twice the guaranteed price of a RichCo competitor, Dutton - $195 to $73.

Originally RichCo came out to clear a fault code and clean the reccommended components. Come to find out I paid $750.00 to have the code cleared and nothing cleaned. The technician was there less than two hours. Would not reccommend to anyone!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Richco. After getting one opinion from another plumber, and realizing things were bad. Richco came promptly and showed me clear video camera live shots in color of my pipes and their deterioration. They explained my options and gave detailed estimates. They repiped the house before the pipes caved in. They repaired the few holes made into the walls behind sinks and toilets. They laid down paper and kept everything immaculately clean as they carried out bucketfuls of dirt and then brought it all back in. When we saw how much dirt was removed, we couldn't believe things could be so well cleaned up as if nothing had ever happened. Their estimates on how long the work would take and how much it would cost were totally accurate and reasonable. If you have bad plumbing problems, Richco is the one to trust.
