Our 54-year-old broken sewer line needed to be replaced. Of course, a big job like this is going to be disruptive. But Robert Summers and his team made things as easy as possible for my family. And when they were done, the yard was put back into shape perfectly and our toilets flush better than they ever have. I’d highly recommend Robert for any plumbing work. He made what could have been a disaster into a pleasure.

This team did fantastic! Everyone was super respectful and easy to work with, got my issue fixed the same day I called, Tony made quick work of my problem and went above and beyond. The price was fair and now my shower drains. :)

We had a unique problem with the plumbing in our laundry room. Richco's technician, Tony, had the experience and problem solving skills to come up with a great solution. His work also showed a high level of attention to detail and quality. I really appreciate that we had such a qualified and professional technician.

Edgar the Service Technician was excellent. The quote given to him by his manager was not within my expectations. Way to expensive to replace a food disposal and clean the drain. I asked Edgar to review the quote with his supervisor and come back with a better offer.

Richco Plumbing came in for a hot water slab leak, they checked it out and once they opened the floor they saw it was leaking heavily. So they called in Water Restoration to take a look. The leak was bigger than we thought it was and we needed a full pipe repair, with removing our floors and drywall. Richco also replaced our water heater because we didn't have any hot water and was a separate issue from the slab leak. They were professional and answered all my questions, let me know what was going on each day. They worked well with the Water Restoration Company. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing repairs.

We used RichCo for a sewer line repair/reroute in the entire house. Fernando, Arturo and the team did an excellent job from repairs to the cleanup process. They minimized the inconvenience associated with a week long job, and kept us up to date on timelines and any issues that arose. Great quality and value for their services.

Called Richco plumbing this morning to come and repair a leaking toilet they sent somebody out within the half hour Fernando came to make the repair he was very professional he did a great job everything’s working perfectly now I have used Richco Plumbing in the past several times and I’ve always been pleased with the work they do. The work is guaranteed so if you do have any issues they will return to repair at no charge I would highly recommend them and again Fernando did an excellent job.

Fernando responded within a half hour and diagnosed and began repairs the same day, late in the day. The repair was completed the next day and left no evidence of being there. The staff were very courteous and answered questions and took time to explain what they were doing. They took pictures and video of the repairs to review with us after they were finished.

My first time to use Richco. Never heard of them before today.. and theyll b who I call from now on for sure. Robert was so very professional. Omy gosh and patience. With me. Poor guy had to see the mess I had going on. And listened to me telling him all about it. SMH. But He knew exactly what to do I left him to do his thing. The plumbing in the restroom is just like brand new.

Excellent experience and work! I needed the fire ring replaced in our outdoor fire pit. The owner came out, gave us a completely reasonable quote, then came back to do top notch work. Wasn’t hard, but they took the time to get all the details right. Very professional experience. I’d completely recommend Richco to others based on my experience. 👍 (I’m replacing the stones, so we chose to leave them out for now.)
