Rich and his team have been taking care of our homes and our commercial properties since 1995 including all new construction for me on a number of different projects. They are easy to work with, professional, reliable and they always get the job done right the first time. I have recommended them to many people over the years and they all have given me great feedback. Rich himself is integrous, intelligent and his team is clearly held to his own personal level professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Richco Plumbing is the BEST!!! I had a problem with my toilets and showers not draining in my house. I called Richco and Celina answered the phone. She said she would dispatch a technician to inspect the problem. The technician, Juan, arrived on time. He was professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. Juan found the problem and went to work. Juan and his manager Ben were able to take care of my issue at a fair price. Richco Plumbing's employees exceeded my expectations every step of the way. We have a clogged bathroom sink and called Richco to come evaluate. Edgar ran a camera down to see if he could find the problem but it turns out the camera he has isn’t a long enough one. He said there’s another person in the company that provides that service and we can call to set a time up with him. The overall evaluation of the situation is that we’re most likely looking at roots coming through the old pipes or even a collapsed pipe. Edgar was polite and professional!

This company stood out from the start with their answering service and were able to send a technician even though it was already late. Matt was incredibly professional, nice, and knowledgable. He traced the leak to its source and came up with a gameplan that best suited my needs. I give this this company my highest recommendation and i thank matt for handling everything so well.

I have been using RichCo Plumbing since I bought my first house in the early 90’s. I would never consider anyone else. Under Rich’s leadership, the entire crew and staff are amazing. I recently did some renovations which required a lot of plumbing and I came to know several of the men who work for RichCo. Without exception, they are the finest crew I have ever worked with. The work is meticulous, the time in which they respond to their calls is lightning fast and they are the nicest and most caring guys I have ever worked with. You know you are in good hands when the building inspector says “Your plumbers are doing a great job!” So a continued thank you to Rich, Eric, Ricardo, Jeremy and all the gang for many years of great work.

We had water damage in our condo, from exploding pipe to a slab leak. Richco came immediately - was able to explain everything that needed to be done. They gave us a time table and kept to it. The "customer service" was/is outstanding.

Richco did a whole host of repairs and replacement at my house, all my sewage lines needed replacement including under my foundation and trenchless in my front yard, my whole home needed repiping, and a new natural gas line as well, my house is 58 years old and everything was original and in bad shape, the whole experience was great, the techs were here early everyday, professional, kind, hard working, the owner Rich even came out to meet me when I called them for an estimate, which made me feel good that the owner himself came out to see the whole project, a tree had to be removed because it's roots were getting into the sewer line and instead of just leaving a blank area of dirt his tech landscaped the area, and It looks great !! I had them install a tankless water heater and a whole home water filtration system while I was at it too.. everything works great, love everything about Richco.. I would highly recommend Richco for all your plumbing needs..

RichCo rerouted a pvc pipe that was dripping condensation on a nut and causing it to rust. They came out to correct the problem quickly and completed the work in under 5 minutes. Very courteous and professional.
