John came to the house 15 min after I called and fixed our issue within 10 min and didn't even charge us because it was such a small issue. I would highly recommend this company. Honest, timely and do a good job.

Called Richco and I was given a same day appointment. This was great because the service was for my mother's place and I needed service that same day. It was awesome that Edgar able to evaluate the shower and provide recommendations in a timely manner. He scheduled the repair the very next day and he did great work. Will definitely use Richco for any plumbing services in the future 😀

Richco replaced pipes a few months ago and everything has been fine, but this morning the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Robert arrived and took care of the problem. Professional and efficient. Giving him an 11 out of ten. 6 stars. Thank you very much for your prompt attention Robert.

Got home Sat 10pm to a big puddle of water on kitchen floor. To my horror it was coming from the ceiling. I called RichCo Sunday first thing in the morning(8am)within 5min a tech(Ryan) called me back and set up an appointment for Mon 8am-10am. Arturo showed up at 755am waited for me (15min)to get to my house. (I was not expecting them to actually be on time I went to coffee bean😁 I was very pleasantly surprised and thankful another company might have canceled my appointment. I’ve never had a company be this punctual. Arturo did an excellent job. He had to open my ceiling(drywall) found it was my old toilet leaking, went and bought a new toilet, replaced my old toilet,&fixed drywall. He cleaned up the mess made. He started at 830am was finished by by 2pm. As a female it’s hard to find trustworthy repairmen that won’t try to cheat me. Arturo was honest/frinendly/professional not creepy at all. To top it off he spoke Spanish so he was able to explain to my mom(lots of questions) and dad(mr I can do it myself)everything in detail. I highly recommend RichCo I especially recommend Arturo. I have 2 more toilets to replace will definitely be calling RichCo again specifically booking Arturo. Gracias Arturo por su buen trabajo.

After hours, on a 3 day weekend.
RichCo responded, sent a Technician and resolved a significant water heater emergency at a residential care facility that relies on having that hot water to great extent.

RichCo Plumbing really saved the day. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They listen! They are clean! Edgar provided quality work. I tried every plumbing company in my town trying to support a small business to no avail. Once I called RichCo they were at my home within an hour. I truly can’t recommend them enough. I highly recommend RichCo Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Robert was extremely professional and so friendly. He fixed my clogged drain so quickly and even went above and beyond and deep cleaned my entire tub at no extra charge. I highly recommend asking for him if you plan on using this company.

Had a clogged sink that I couldn’t reach, read the reviews about Rich Co. and was able to schedule them to come out next day. I will say Robert and his partner were representative of the reviews I read. I would use again and highly recommend them to friend and family.

I have written few reviews. I have a rental in Ventura and I don't live nearby. The new, wonderful tenants called me with leaks under the kitchen sink. Richco Plumbing sent Fernando to my rental. From the moment Fernando arrived, I was impressed. He was polite, put booties over his shoes to keep the kitchen floor clean, analyzed the need, had the parts on his well stocked truck and made the repair to perfection. I had other concerns that were preventive and one in particular I had done under this older home that has a raised foundation. He also pointed out several repairs that should be considered and which I plan to do in the future as he provided fair, written estimates. I will request Fernando now that he knows the home. I have had several poor experiences with plumbing companies at my personal residence and I would have NO hesitation in having Richco Plumbing at my home and referring them to others. The staff they have answering phones and following up are exceptional too. This is not a "one man" company that is difficult to reach. I am very impressed with this company in general and specifically Fernando, the technician.

Tony is a particularly good technician ; he was careful, courteous, prompt and friendly! He diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away and alerted me to what may be a future issue. Richco will be the company I call if/when a problem comes up. Richco is my new go-to plumbing service
