Had the misfortune to have a 14 year old leaking water heater. Should have saved myself time and called Richco first. Robert gave us a very fair price and performed the work flawlessly. Just seemed like a regular guy, down to earth and not out to overcharge. I have added this company into my contacts list for future, highly recommend.

Robert was the best! He fixed my toilet without needing the new parts I had bought, installed a drain and unplugged the line while doing so, found a gas leak I didn’t know I had, and installed a garbage disposal…….all quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Richco for any plumbing issues… and especially Robert Summers.

I don't know how this plumbing service is on small jobs because ours turn out to be a major job and they were amazing. Our drains were backing up into the house on New Years Eve morning (thank you lovely tree in our front yard), they responded to our call within a few hours. Over the course of the next 3 days, they were committed (staying to finish a portion of the job until 10:30pm), informative (I was shown camera work at each stage) and they were great to work with (super friendly and professional). If we ever require a plumber again, I will absolutely hire them again.

I emailed late afternoon and scheduled an appointment the following morning. Got two notifications about when the tech would arrive. He was courteous and helpful. When he gave me the quote I was a little put off because it seemed high. The work was done in a timely manner, I paid the bill and immediately did a search for what the average cost of this repair would be and they were within 20 dollars of the national average. They are anything but average!!! We will be using them often as we are preparing to launch a Property Management business. Do not hesitate to use RICHCO!

I’ve used other plumbing companies but no other companies can compare to Richco. Richco is the best company I’ve ever work with. They are polite, professional from the technician to the office stuff. I would highly recommend Richco and I will definitely use them again.

The technician fit in our repair while they were in the area completing another job. Robert was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. They also connected us with a great restoration company to help repaid all the damage from the leak. We will definitely use this company again.

Our water heater had been improperly installed at the home we just bought. We got a referral for RichCo as an “ethical” plumbing service and they more than delivered. Arturo was fantastic - very knowledgeable, helpful, hard working. It was a lot of work to repair the damage done by another plumbing company but they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and in half a day. Will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Robert Summers came out to investigate where the water detection company had pinpointed the water / slab leak… sadly after further investigation it was determined that a reroute for the area of concern would be necessary. Due to other plumbing concerns ( odd activity / signals) in other areas of the house, we decided to bite the bullet and reroute the entire house .. get any future problems squashed . Robert was attentive to the many questions and concerns and followed up with each step of this challenging project! Being at our floor and concrete had to be opened up in the walkway to our kitchen it also needed to be backfilled … Robert did a great job of the concrete and made it so that we will be able to easily replace some floorboards once we decide what we’re doing .. Robert also fixed some old laundry pipe issues my garage had and installed new additional plumbing to facilitate a new sink /drain!! I am one happy customer !
RichCo came in and rerouted the entire house ( repute crew was awesome too ) through the attic , then the dry wall team ( another great crew) came through and did a great job .. texturing the walls as well .. so now it’s my turn to paint !
Would highly recommend RichCo for a slab leak and allllll that needs to be done after that depending on your situation ! No one wants to hear that they have a slab leak and it’s not an easy fix but I will say I am very pleased with the work and the results … everyone made it as painless as possible considering the circumstances !
As for a plumbing job that is not repiping the whole house…Ask for Robert .. I have seen nothing but excellence and good work and attitude ! THANK YOU to ALL that fixed my humble home ! Natalie Miller

I called Richco on a Monday morning as we had a water main leak over the weekend and had our water turned off for 2 days (no fun). I explained that it was urgent and they had a plumber to my home within an hour. Brianna in the office was very helpful and Arturo did a quick and professional repair of the broken pipe. Will definitely use Richco again!

Everyone has been so polite and helpful. Robert Summers was able to assess and fixed my leak in a short amount of time. He provided me with excellent advice about other areas I need to have addressed. I will definitely be asking for his help in the future. I will most definitely be telling friends and anyone who asks and needs a plumber to call and ask for him specifically. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
