These guys are amazing and true professionals!!! I use them again and again for all my properties for HVAC and appliance repair needs. My tenant called me the day after Christmas stating her heater was not working and it was 40 degrees in LA. This company came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and ordered all the parts that were needed for next day. The people that work here are very knowledgeable, starting from the customer service and ending with the actual repairmen. They have been in business for years and have a set process for everything they do. You don’t have to call them reminding about your issue and asking when is something gonna get fixed. I very highly recommend this company!

We were having problems with our fridge and found West Coast Chief Repair on Home Advisor. Their service call was only $45, that was much cheaper than what we’ve paid from other repair companies. It took a while to get the parts that were needed to fix our fridge, but WCCR worked us into the schedule when they received the parts because we were going on vacation the next day. All the people we worked with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again when needed.

My old floor furnace stopped working and i needed immediate service especially since my family flew in out of state for the Holidays. Found West Coast Chief Repair on Google and decided to give them a shot - spoke to Sean who was able to get me in for same day service! Tech was really professional, quickly diagnosed and came back next day to repair as he didn’t have needed parts on hand which was understandable since my heater was very old. Kudos to Sean and his crew! THANK YOU!!

I called west coast and spoke to a girl named Kayla. She was so helpful, she got me a appointment same day for my stove. The tech was able to fix in less then 30 minutes. And I’m completely happy with the work they did. It was a pleasure speaking with Kayla, so informative. So glad I chose west coast for my repair! Definitely will be referring.

It was not a first time when I used West Coast Chief repair to fix appliances in my house. This time I called because my refrigerator was broken. I scheduled an appointment and technician arrived. He came within the four-hour window time frame. Super knowledgeable, was great at explaining and showing exactly what needed to happen. Great service. The refrigerate was fixed in the same day for reasonable price.
I would recommend them to family and friends who are in need of appliance services.

West Coast Chief Repair is excellent. Their customer service team is easy to work with. They sent someone out same-day for my A/C during a heat wave! Their technicians are very knowledgeable. My A/C now works better than ever! I confidently refer them to anyone and everyone.

My experience with this company and specifically their rep Ashley has been nothing but pleasant and smooth sailing! I was assigned to them via Fidelity National home warranty and I am so happy to have finally have an honest company that knows what they are talking about and does a great job on high end appliances, they did a great job repairing my fridge, cooktop, and double oven. I also found out they service HVAC systems as well and if needed I will definitely request that my home warranty assign me to West Coast again they are the BEST!!!

Kayla helped me out and set me up for my appointment for my washer & dryer she was very knowledgeable & helped me try and trouble shoot my washer so I could get the lid open. The tech art came out and determined is was the lid switch, he didn’t have the part but was able to pick up & came back out the next day & got my washer unlocked and working. They made the experience a breeze so glad I called them- if you need appliance services and end up calling west coast ask for Kayla and you’ll be in good hands!

Customer service was very professional but repairman was grumpy, rude, and I actually had to help him do his job because he didn't have the tools or man power. This was just to get an estimate, however, I never got one and was just ridiculed.

Multiple times in the middle of talking, if he heard something he didn't like he would walk out of my store for a bit and come back in a few minutes. While I was asking for an estimate/guestimate, he just stared at me and then said are you going to pay me(service call charge)? I paid him and he promised to call me with an estimate and will start working on my cooler but that was about 2 months ago.

$95 for someone to make me work for him. Cool....
