Very satisfied with the work! The customer service rep. David was very helpful and professional, he scheduled the installation and helped me to choose the right window AC for our apartment. The technicians Vlad and Sasha were very professional and friendly, and did a great job 👏🏻

My dishwasher was making a weird noise and wasn’t finishing the wash. It was close to 10 years old so I called West Coast and spoke with Junior who was very helpful in giving me different options to replace it. I bought one and he was able to schedule me the next day. Thanks for the quick turnaround, I will definitely use West Coast again once my fridge goes!

WCCR provided outstanding service at an affordable price. Ben was attentive, professional, and very descriptive about the whole process. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, restoring my dishwasher back to what seems to be perfect condition. This is the second time I've trusted this company and have no complaints. A friend recommended I use this company for my refrigerator. I called and made an appointment and they were able to help me within hours. Anna was very helpful and knowledgeable at getting the right person fit my fridge. Not only did the tech she send fix my refrigerator but he was able to help with my other Viking appliances.

It has been a nightmare trying to get my 30 year old Sub Zero fridge repaired! The Warranty company had 3 other companies check the fridge before I got assigned to West coast chief repair. Finally a professional company was assigned!!! I got a next day appointment, the tech was really nice and able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, I spoke with Ashley who's customer service could not be any better! Ashley got the repair approved within a couple of days after going back and forth with my insurance company. The parts took 3 days to arrive and Ashley called to schedule the appointment ASAP. It has been a week and my fridge no longer is giving me a headache! Thank you so much Ashley and the West Coast team for making this such a seamless process! I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family!

These guys are great!! My fridge broke the other day and we were in a panic because we were leaving on vacation the next day. I called West Coast Chief Repair and spoke with Anna, who was amazing. She was able to get us an appointment that same day. The technician was out within a few hours and thankfully was able to fix it right away! Our fridge was working like new!!

I had my moms AC broken, i called west coast and needed appointment for Saturday. They were not sure if tech would be available so dispatcher transferred me to Anna, she is the manager. She was able to schedule appointment for me first thing in am on a Saturday at no extra cost for the weekend. Tech was great too. My AC is now working and my mom is very pleased with the company. Ill use them again and highly recommend

Just wanted to say Anna has great customer service. She was very sweet and helpful. Thank you for getting me a same day appointment when my Dryer stopped working. The service tech was able to fix it.
