Replaced refrigerator sealing gaskets. Easy to schedule and easy to contact. Arlene, my customer service rep made scheduling around my crazy schedule very easy.

I called them on a very hot day. My central AC vents were not blowing well and the house was getting warmer by the hour. My parents were over for an event so it was very important to take care of them. They sent a very professional and clean repair man and he checked the vents and the system. He actually told me it was probably the inside system filter. He changed the filter for me he had one in his van. He only charged me for the house call, didn't even charge me for the filter. Who in this day and age is this honest and capable. I was amazed at the incredible knowhow, and the HONESTY. Trust is so important. Thank you so much guys for taking care of my parents!!!

I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I got my wall unit checked the employee pulled my filter out and cleaned it and replaced it, it took him about 3minutes and was charching me $149. I was shocked. To top it off when I questioned the price he got upset. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

First the estimate tech was late and nobody called from the office to inform me. Second, they emailed me estimate but they didn't provide their email for further communication and questions. So I called them with questions and no one is answering. Thirdly, they overcharge in the estimate on the installation of platform for my new wall oven by classifying it improperly as a cabinet remodel. $980 is a clear rip off for installing a wooden platform. This company stinks.

Absolutely amazing service! My fridge stopped cooling and i was looking for same day service, west coast chief had a guy in my area!!! He stopped by within an hour after my call and fixed it. Definitely recommend and will use again.
