The quality of their repairs was top-notch, and they used high-quality parts to ensure long-lasting results. Their manager Michael was also very helpful when I had questions about the parts needed.
Best of all, their pricing was fair and transparent, giving me excellent value for my money. West Coast Chief Repair is the real deal, and I'll definitely be turning to them for all my future appliance repair needs. Hats off to these awesome folks for a job well done!

My refrigerator went down and I didn’t know what to do in such short notice. Luckily Andrew at West Coast Chief Repair was able to resolve my refrigerator issues and had a tech out for me same day and the tech was able to fix it that same day!

This company is great. I manage some apartment units, and I'm really glad I have someone to call when things break. They are fast and usually have a technician come for service within a day or two. All of the technicians are knowledgable and polite, which is good since I can trust them to be courteous with my tenants. Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, their pricing is very fair. I've been a customer for years, but am only now writing my review since they recently helped me out repairing a bunch of heaters. Ask for Adrianne.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences using west coast chief repair. I rent so sometimes communication can be tough between landlord and tenant. I will say that Arlene is great, she reaches out to let you know when the service people are coming. I’d recommend them.

Very good experience w this company. I spoke to someone named Richard and he was able to explain the process as well as give me a time frame when the technician would come. The best part was that they called me 30 minutes before they arrived so I didn’t have to miss work and wait around for hours for someone to show up.

I needed my AC fixed and the technician was very efficient and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He had to get some parts but came back the next day at a discussed time and got the job done.

Price was fair, customer service was great, definitely recommend.
