I am so pleased with this company. They came out because my refrigerator wasn’t working. I spoke to Anna, who made me an appointment for the same day. The technician came out and diagnosed and fix the problem with ease. I’m so happy I called them, and I will use them in the future!

West coast repair is the best!!! Id give them 10 stars if I could. Needed to do maintenance on my AC, so i was talking to Anna, she is the manager there, she said because im a LADWP customer i can get FREE NEW NEST THERMOSTAT AND GET MAINTENANCE DONE FOR FREE!!! Wow!!!!! They made my day! Im telling now all my friends who are LADWP customers to call west coast!! What an amazing deal!

This company deserves 100 stars! I have been extremely satisfied with their services whether it has been delivery and installation of the new appliances or installation of HVAC. They always went extra mile if necessary and always provided outstanding professional service.

Best AC repair company in town! My gravity heater was on the fritz and I could not find any company who worked on them, Andrew at West Coast assured me that they could resolve my issue and he was a man of his word, had my gravity heater working before the end of the weekend

Honest good attitudes and great work! Anna helped me get my service scheduled and was very helpful she’s the best such a refreshing feeling to speak with someone who has great customer service skills.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Called these guys for an easy water valve replacement on my dishwasher. I already pulled the machine out from the counter to clean the drain and make the valve replacement easier. They Came out and confirmed that I needed a valve. They ordered it and were supposed to call once the part came in to schedule the installation. They told us 4 days. One week went by and my wife called and told them we're still waiting to schedule the installation. They then put her on hold and called my cell phone to schedule the installation, never saying they forgot to call us. Then the "Highly Trained" Technician came out, replaced the part and pushed the dishwasher back but left it sticking out 4 inches, not recessed under my counter top. He then tells my wife "it doesn't fit" and leaves. Does this "Technician" really think we have our dishwasher in the middle of our kitchen. I call the company and tell them what happened just to have Sean, the manger, tell me because I pulled the machine out they wont put it back due to liability if they scratch the floors. Well that doesn't make sense since the technician pushed it back almost the entire way back. They wont send someone out to finish the job. Total time was 2 weeks, over $200 just to have me finish the job. If multiple people at this store lie and the manage wont fix it I recommend not using them. Looks like the other comments confirm I'm not the only one that feels this way.

My AC was not cooling my house down over night. We have had 103° plus weather for 2 months straight and the temp in the house wasn't getting under 81°. This company came to the rescue! Marc was the technician and he was fast and amazing. Thank you sooooo much for great and fast service! Sigh I can feel the air, cool air! Thank God!
