West Coast is always there when you need them. Using different companies over the years they have definitely stood out as extremely reliable and fair. They are available to assist within 1-2 days and always show up when they say they will which is unfortunately not easy to find these days. I have spoken with just about every person on their team so far and they are all very kind and responsive. Will definitely continue to use them.

Earlier this month my refrigerator compressor failed on my LG French Door unit. West Coast Chief Repair was contacted by my Home Warranty Company to diagnose the problem. The company exhibited great communication via phone and email and provided a clear explanation of the issue and cause. The technician was competent and made the repair. The fridge was back up and running. Ashley was very responsive and provided requested reports necessary to submit to LG for further compensation. I would recommend West Coast Chief Repair for any appliance repair.

The central A/C broke in my townhouse.
I contacted West Coast Chief Repair and it was amazing how understanding the costumer service was, scheduled technician to come in on the same day. The technician was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He promptly diagnosed and took care of the problem.

I can't express how satisfied I am with the service. It gets in high 90s -100s in Encino and it becomes unbearable without a/c. I work from home, thus, the fact that West Coast was able to fix the problem so fast and efficiently is amazing.

West Coast Chief Repair provides terrific service and are always reliable. I work for a property management company as a maintenance supervisor, they have serviced our properties since 2011. They have done numerous jobs for us, including installing central AC units and various appliance repairs. I find them to be incredibly reliable, especially during the pandemic, professional, efficient, and their work is always excellent.

I’m very happy with this company , special thanks to Ben, always responding , easy to understand my needs , always patient and polite. After last visit (couple weeks ago) very happy with technician Alex work A+++ fridge works fine without any problems.

I have been using West Coast Chief Repair for 15 years + to service and replace appliances, they have a knowledgeable team & are a pleasure to work with. When they cant repair an appliance they provide quick service to have it replaced & at a fair price. Strong upper management staff who support their team, are easy to work with & are always very professional. Recommend for sure.

My stove stopped working right before i had dinner plans with my family that was visiting. I had three days to get my oven working. I was desperate for help and found West Coast Chief Repair through google search. Called in early morning when they opened and Sean was able to get me a service tech same day. Very professional tech assessed a failed glow igniter which he had on his truck. Replaced it same day and got my stove working!! Thanks Sean!! 100% would recommend!!

Update to Review: They sent the same Tech out to my house today after assuring me it was a different technician and surprise, it was the same tech who I threw out of my house for putting us in danger by lighting a lighter behind the stove to show me there is no gas leak even though SO Cal Gas Company red tagged it for a leak. I refused for him to enter again and the manager called me a few hours later telling me that lighting a lighter to check for gas leaks is a normal practice for their company. I said excuse me, you stand behind that? He said yes I do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL PUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY....

Very unprofessional and unsafe. The gas company red tagged the oven for a gas leak and when the technician from West Coast Chief Repair came out to inspect it, he said there was no leak that he couldn't smell anything. I proceeded to ask him if he had a similar tool that the gas company uses to check leaks and the tech pulled out a lighter stuck it where the leak was coming from and lit the lighter. He then says see no leak. I immediately asked him to leave and contacted the company and the landlord. Be careful of this company when choosing your next appliance repair.
