    Very polite technician named Kyle did a great job. Explained what he was doing. Stayed on task and finished early.
    And he asked twice if I had any household task he could help with. So I asked him to take down a Christmas decoration on the lawn. He finished what I asked him yo do and went to his truck. The decoration was anchored by 3 sandbags keeping it in place. I carried 1 to the garage and found Kyle there with the other 2 sandbags. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty!!!!

    I set up a same day appointment with Service Champions to clean out my bathroom sink. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial call to set up to my appointment to the communication prior to their arrival. I was greeted by Giovanni to fix my plumbing problem. He was professional, clean and trustworthy.     On February 4th, our tech Benjamin Blanton came to do our annual furnace tune-up. Although he was very friendly, he did not to as good of a job as we have become accustomed to over the years as members. Our unit now does not work and we didn’t have that issue prior to the tech coming over and he was more interested in trying to sell us a new hot water heater than focusing on the job he was supposed to be doing. I hope to get our unit fixed ASAP.

    Franco was very couteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Easy to talk too as well. Well kept and tidy with work. Did all that was needed, and cleaned hall filter vent cover. Informed us of a gap in the filter place, and the proper size filter that we should get to eliminate the gap. He is the first one though that I remember, mentioning that we have an ultra violet light system for bacteria behind the filter, which I didn't know, and all that it was missing was the cord from unit to plug in. We'll get the cord and proper filters now. Not ready to do yet but he explained proper size ducting which mine isn't also, and told us about the annual plumbling check through the service contract, and sent me all pictures I needed to see unit and buy parts. Excellent service.

    Very happy with the service we recently received from Service Champions. Their web site was easy to use and we were able to schedule the service online.

    The technician arrived within the promised window, was very polite and professional. He wore a mask during the entire time, which we appreciated.

    He was very knowledgeable about the problem we were having. All prices were disclosed upfront, so there were no surprises. Prices were reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he explained everything that was done.

    Everything is working great now and we are happy we called Service Champions.

    The only minor complaint I have is the required $99 diagnostic fee. Many service companies waive such fees if they get the job and do the work. Not the case with Service Champions. The fee is required whether you have the service done or not. To their credit, the fully disclose this fee upfront, so there is no surprise. It just makes them slightly more expensive than some competitors.
