Best service ever. We’re very polite and respectful did there job in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend. Shout out to jouse guijarro ask for him he is the greatest hands down.

Service tech Reuben was the best. arrived on time and was very friendly,courteous and explained everything as he did the repair.Advised us about future services that well be needed soon. Adviised us about the yearly service maintance plan and signed use up. Reuben did an excellet job and look forward to seeing him for our nrxt heater maintance service.

Called in the morning because our unit stopped working. They were able to come out that day, assess the situation, tell me what the issues were and fix it on the spot. Great job Thomas! Thanks.

I recently had routine scheduled inspection of my heating system. Once again, I was provided great customer service by Tech Joseph Jimenez.

As I mentioned in my last review below, I can’t speak highly enough of Joseph and the excellent service he has provided. He is an exemplary representative of the Service Champions organization. I strongly recommend and genuinely would like to see that his efforts be acknowledged, rewarded and even ‘promoted ‘ into a managerial position. At minimum, let him park up front in the employee of the month” parking stall!!

I was provided with excellent overall professional, friendly and attentive quality service. I was very impressed with service technician ‘Joseph Jimenez’ knowledge , excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate and patiently explain my service options and recommendations tailored to my specific needs . He was very friendly, professional and worked diligently to complete the service to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Because of Joseph, I am definitely going to refer Service Champions to everyone !!

The company did heating maintenance at my residence. The furnace is OLD and some of the parts had to be ordered thru
an aftermarket firm. After several hours of maintenance the
jobe was cimpleted. Thru all this the service personnel were very courteous and pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about
the personnel and the Company.

Osvaldo Jaime, service agent, was professional, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, service with a smile. Otherwise, we agree with some negative comments from others posted regarding pushing sales for other jobs, as well as high prices.

Ramon replaced an old Gas valve that was needed for my new dryer. He was very friendly and professional. He even checked my pilot on my water heater to be sure it was working after he turned the gas back on. I Highly recommend this company

The gentleman that came to my house (Westley and Thomas) were so professional, friendly and helpful. Thomas helped get my heater up and running at no cost to me. I did sign a contract to have all of my ducts /hvac system replaced, and he gave he an affordable price with a an amazing payment plan. I recommend this company to any and all homeowners.
