    Fantastic company!

    Had my HVAC replaced last November and most recently had a shower valve replaced.

    I recently gave this company a 2 star review after a service call with unsatisfactory results to my shower valve issue.

    Shortly after after posting that review, I received a call from the General Manager Gary who was determined to make it right for me. Not only he refunded me the last service call, he sent another tech that has more experience with shower valves to attempt to change the cartridge which I purchased myself.

    It turned out that I had the wrong part and is most likely obsolete as it was a German made value that’s 16 years old. The tech reached GM Gary on a Saturday which he offered a $500 discount to replace the value.

    A week later, I had the value replaced and once again the two man crew was extremely professional and kind just like the HVAC crew was.

    I tried to take down the 2 star review I gave them a few weeks ago but couldn’t figure out how to do it.

    I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with this organization.

    Installed an entire new unit, replaced ductwork. We spent $30K, were promised rebates that we never received, nor did we get help with. We pay the membership fee and had to pay $70 for a filter. This company is a ripoff

    Edited my review from 1 star to 5. After expressing my concern and dissatisfaction, Service Champions came to my home 3 times to address all our concerns and make it right. They followed up to ensure we were happy with the service and products. I am grateful they took our feedback seriously and handled it with the utmost professionalism.

    Due to staffing challenges, my appointment had to be rescheduled one week later. The arrival window was 12-3pm. At about 1:30, I was called to let me know the technician should be there about 2. At about 3:15, as I was getting ready to call and reschedule again, the tech showed up. Following the arrival time issue, the rest of the experience was very good. The technician got right to work, showed and explained things to me, and was done at his goal time of an hour and a half. He was personable and seemed to have the appropriate skill and knowledge to complete the work properly.

    Great company! Great service techs: Raymond Herrera and Daniel Underhill. And Good Deeds for Free. They helped move a heavy wood file cabinet and even hung up my hummingbird feeder. No deed is too small or big for these Champions. The monthly service plan Service Champions offers is a great deal: Gives you special perks and savings.

Every technician who has come to our home has been knowledgeable, friendly, and even smiles! Whenever I have a question or a concern, they respond quickly and it's always with a sense of, well, joy.     For years I've been receiving mail from the owner, Mr. Leland A. Smith to try his company out regarding "Rejuvenation Service" for my HVAC system. I finally took Mr. Smith up on his offer this year and scheduled an appointment for the service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Veronica who made the appointment. She was professional, courteous, and very down to earth. As we continued our conversation she asked if I was a senior and gave me a senior discount from the initial price. Thank you, Ms. Veronica! Then I had the added pleasure of meeting Mr. Daniel Radillo, the technician who came to my home. He's a vibrant, enthusiastic, well-trained, highly motivated young man, who took pride in the work he was providing! I stated to Mr. Daniel that he reminded me of my oldest grandson and that I have another grandson with the same first name as him. I knew making an appointment for the HVAC tune-up service (Rejuvenation) deal would cost me more money which was worth spending. Don't get me wrong, there wasn't anything wrong with my HVAC system itself, however, joining the Service Champions Club allows me to try out other services like plumbing and heating in the near future. Mr. Daniel did an excellent job servicing my HVAC and presenting the services of his employer. Job well done!

    The main office is good in communicating with their customers who and what time the technician is coming.
    Field technicians arrives on time. They sent us Mr. Christian Maxwell to help us with our kitchen plumbing problem. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable of their work and easy to talk to; respectful to their customers.
    To the office supervisor. Mr. Rivas. He was patient and really took time to hear our concerns. He spoke to us and treated us with respect. Really showed us , that we are not just a costumer that they can make business with. But, important member of the community that they strongly want to serve with their highest quality of service and our satisfaction. For that, we thank you. I have, and will recommend Service Champions for anyone who need such services, to call them.

    Every single service champion worker either on the phone or in person has been so incredibly polite, knowledgeable and such people persons that I'm 100% happy with their visits every time. They take pictures of their work on your system before and after. Dirty to clean!
