    Beware of this company!!! I was on the phone with my elderly mom when the repair technician informed her that the needed repair would cost $18,000! After the technicians diagnosed the plumbing issue, they found the sewer connection at the street was broken. In order to fix, they would have to dig up a concrete sidewalk, dig down 8 feet, repair the connection, and then put everything back together.

    We contacted the city of chino hills and they scoped the sewer line and came up with a completely different conclusion. The sewer connection was intact and working perfectly. There was a “y” valve or trap on my moms front porch that was filled with dirt.

    It is very unethical to use scare tactics in order to coerce elderly widows to waste money on products and services they don’t need.

    Service champions has always been the best. From their timely arrival, to their knowledgeable technicians, who are so very nice as well. I know every time service champions comes out to my home to service my air conditioning heating unit, I know the job will get done the right way the first time.

He taught me several things about maintenance that I needed to know to maintain my system. He replaced an item that he said would lengthen the life of my heating as well as AC system.     Maybe it’s just my luck, or since I’m not a member. Service Champions canceled on me twice, all within an hour before my appointment, and the appointments were made weeks in advance! The first time I let it slide as I understood that things happen; however, the second time, SC canceled on me for the same reason, and within an hour of my appointment, I just decided to cancel and not do anything with SC again after adjusting my work schedule to accommodate a technician to come to my home and service my AC. I get it; we peasants who are not members get tier 3 treatment! Everyone, please, think about it twice when booking if you are not a member!

    My heater was not working so I caller Service Champions. I was able to get an appointments within 1 hour of my call. Thomas, the service technician was extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and performed a very thorough examination of my heating unit and A/C . He did not try to sell me anything but presented the facts as observed. He took pictures of each unit and explained what he found. As it turned out, my equipment was 26 years old and in bad shape. Brandon showed me five alternatives for equipment and let me decide what to buy. He did not pressure me towards any specific replacements but explained the pros and cons of each alternative. I replaced the old system with a new heater, A/C, and new ducts with new energy efficient equipment. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean they left my house. My carpet was left cleaner than when they arrived. I would unconditionally recommend this company to anyone wanting punctuality, professionalism and confidence that the job was done currently.

    Where do we begin!

    Three weeks ago when we were having an extreme heat wave our AC stopped working. We made a call to Service Champs, they came out the same day. Andrew Robles inspected the AC, he had serviced our AC unit in the past, he apologized, but said it should be replaced, it would be far to costly to make repairs, given the age of the unit.

    Please note: We have used Service Champs for the past 6 years, we have a trust factory based upon the service we have received.

    Andrew wanted a supervisor to come out to verify his evaluation was correct. Matthew Croteau was able to come to our home right away, Andrew's evaluation was substantiated, the unit should be replaced.
    Matthew was able to propose (3) different systems that would best suit our home.
    Having worked as a Project Manager in the past, I felt I needed to receive other proposals. Making sure everything was apples to apples we were able to make a educated decision base on the information we had requested.
    Just so you know, we DO NOT use a low number to beat up a company just to get what we want.
    Matthew and Andrew gave us the time we required to make a decision, which was very professional and courteous.
    My wife and I chose Service Champ because of our past relationship and trust factor, even though they didn't have the lowest bid, close, but not low.

    Once the decision was made, Service Champ had a crew out the next day, they understood the importance of keeping my wife comfortable, being she is disabled, they cared for us like family, honest!!!

    Josh Lara and Hayron Garcia and their assistances started work on Friday at 8:00am and did not go home until they were finished that night at 9:00pm. As you can see in the attach photos, they all worked with a smile on their face, even until the job was done and they were ready to go home. The workmanship was top notch, right down to the clean lines of the electrical conduit and the installed sheet metal ducting, very impressive to say the least!

    One other note, Terrell, one of the assistance even sweep out my shop/garage before they left, just to ensure we were left with a clean, safe environment, inside and out, that's why we can call Service Champ family!!!

    The next day, Saturday morning, while Andrew was home with his family, he made a call to us, just to see if we were okay and satisficed with the installation. Later that afternoon, Matthew also checked in on us, that means so much to my wife and myself.

    All we can say is THANK YOU Service Champs, we look forward to a long relationship in the future.

    Our Service Technician was Awesome! He checked all our rooms to ensure proper heat was being distributed appropriately. He was clean in his service, Very Professional, Courteous and explained all that he did. He presented before / after photos of his service and ensured our furnace was operating correctly and Safe !

    Jason did a good job in giving our AC a spring tune-up. He was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions regarding continuing maintenance of the unit. I would recommend Service Champions and Jason for service on AC units.
