Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning

I am very disappointed with the services I received from Russell's Heating & Air Conditioning. I had an issue with my A/C fan and needed someone to come out right away. Another company arrived and told me that my ductwork has holes in it and it is very dirty. I told him that couldn't be right, since I just recently had Russell's out to seal the ductwork (Aeroseal) and clean & sanitize the coils. He came back down from the attic with photos of how dirty it was up there. I paid Russell's over $1,700 in March 2019, literally only 6 months ago, to take care of that and thought they had. They must have just gone through the motions, but didn't actually seal or clean anything. Ridiculous! Stay away from Russell's Heating & Air Conditioning!!!

Called today cause my heater was not working, they got a person here really fast. He was polite well mannered, professional, he answered all my question got my heater fixed really fast. I will be having all my ac/ heater issues fixed with them from now on . I will be having plumbing done with them as well and I hope my experience is just as great

Our old air conditioner broke down during one extremely hot August. We contacted our dealer, and found out that Russel's had taken over that business. The salesman who came out told us that we couldn't get a replacement unit that met our needs for less than $15,000. Come to find out, that $15,000 was actually calculated out of a Wells Fargo home-improvement loan with an outrageous interest rate. We tried to make an early pay-off on the loan, and were told that we could not, as the interest and principle were not being tabulated separately. 3 years later, we are still paying on that loan.

Russell’s is top notch. Their employees were professional and went above and beyond what they had to do. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They told my elderly mother the air conditioning needed to be replaced for $3000 called another company it cost $400 to replace a part!

We needed a replacement AC unit. Russell's gave us the best price, the best service and the best product. We shall continuing using their services!

Although I had concerns for the original maintenance service done one month and a half earlier, the return technician explained temperature conditions could have affected the lack of Freon after maintenance service was done, for what Russels refill Freon as courtesy and only charged for service-call this time.

My A/C unit went out on Sunday afternoon. I called at 7:30 Monday morning and was able to get a same day appointment - right before the start of a big heat wave. Bruce was professional and explained everything to me. I felt the pricing was fair and the customer service from both Bruce and the person I spoke to on the phone was excellent. I will be calling back to join their maintenance program.

Roy was very professional and helpful took his time and made sure to fix my air conditioner even though it was the end of the day! 5 star all the way! Definitely would recommend this company and Roy!
