We have used Russell’s for several years. Always excellent service and professionalism. Gives us the straight talk of where are air and heating is at as far as condition. The best results always. They installed both my air conditioner and furnace as well as the attic ducting. Awesome techs and service!! 5 star

I really like the people at Russell’s!🥳 They atre very friendly and responsive! Maybe a little expensive but everyone is these days compared to what I am used to! I was a self performing general contractor for 40 years so I not used to todays prices, Actually Russell’s is cheaper than most subs👍🥳

I have used them for years. They installed my AC. We have never
Had any problems. We use them every few years for a reasonable cost to be sure we have no problem with the AC or furnace.

The service was great the technician was on time my only complaint is that I called at least three times leaving a message once to try and set up an appointment and never received a return call until the day of service because they had a cancellation.

Angel search and was able to find a out of stock part to keep my furnace going! Thank you for your knowledge and persistence in keeping us warm!

Once again we received great service from Russell's. Matt was here in a timely manner, very professional, and was well informed of all the service done to our unit previously. I appreciate the call just prior to the tech's arrival too. Russell's has proven to be a very professional company and we have enjoyed our relationship through the years.

Russell's did an outstanding job getting cool air to our Ballroom in our business. Unfortunately, was asked for a bid for another part of our building several times and didn't receive a call back or a bid. If they didn't want the job we would have liked to have known. In any case, it is our hope that we'll be able to use them and have better communication in the future. We enjoy doing business with them.

Every employee I have talked to and every technician that I have come in contact with is kind, respectful, and knowledgeable they excel at their jobs. It's no doubt in my mind the best company in the inland empire and riverside area.

Make sure you get a detailed list of what they are going to charge you before agree to have anything installed. They will give you a price then after installation, the bill will be for thousands of dollars more. Also, if they repair something, be prepared for having them come back multiple times on the exact same issue.
