Russell’s was recommended to me by my son-in-law who teaches HVAC at the local trade school. I found Russell’s staff to be professional, helpful, and friendly. They were swift in responding to my initial call, and timely when it came to our appointment. They analyzed my issue, provided me with a few course of options, and executed my choice within a short period of time. In future, they have a loyal customer in me.

They were quick coming out and giving me a reasonable quote. I had them do the work. Angel was great to work with and always addressed my concerns promptly. I highly recommend them. I did get a few quotes and they were well worth it with their knowledge, expertise and customer service. I had them install a new air conditioner and ducts through out the house.

Angel has done a lot of work for me and is awesome! He always answers his phone or gets back to me quickly and answers all my questions or makes a trip out to one of my properties if needed.

He stands behind his AC work and won't charge me if he goes out and there are no issues. He really cares about his customers and even returned my call from vacation in Vegas once when he thought I really needed him.

I'm lucky to have found someone who can be there for me. This is mandatory when you live in the sweltering heat of the desert.

Such great service,with reasonable prices. Brian was sent to diagnose our A/C as it was blowing hot air. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. The A/C was low on coolant,so he recharged the unit and stayed until we were getting cool air blowing,just to make sure everything was working well. We were extremely happy with everything about Russell's Heating and Air. Would definitely recommend them!

The whole crew and office were very thorough and helpful. Special shout out to Angel and Connie. We will continue to use Russell’s for years to come. Thank you for everything!

I called a local company and they told me to be 5 days to come out my fan has stopped working on my air conditioner. So I called Russell's and they said they could be out that day technician came we explained what it was he says oh this is what the problem is and literally within 15-20 minutes it was fixed

I've had Russell's install a heater and ac system at the end of last year and then just recently a water heater. These folks are solid. They stand behind their work! I wouldn't hesitate working with them again!
