Came on time, the tech was very knowledgeable and respectful. Didn't try to charge me for extra service, in and out in less than half an hour. Definitely recommended.

I was very pleased with their quick service and honest approach. I had another service come out and they told me that my whole Unit needed to be replaced. I knew that was not needed and LaVerne and son came and diagnosed the problem and did NOT need to replace the whole unit. My heater is working great and I am very satisfied.

My tech was early to arrive and very professional.
Explained the process well. This was my first time using LaVerne but not my last.

Today is Memorial Day and two very nice young men arrived to service my heating/air conditioner. They were polite and quick. Explained everything. Price was reasonable. I would call this company again if needed. The lady that answered the phone was polite and friendly as well! Thanks 😀

There is only one thing to say about this company outstanding service , responsible clean on time . If you need air conditioning service or replace it Don’t hesitate to call them I highly recommend them thanks Rex , Kristina and the crew of good guy’s . New AC Unit at my home perfect.

Another appointment with a no show on the time frame they gave. No show! No call to say they will be late. Thats rude.
