LaVerne & Son provides excellent service EVERY time. Sara went above and beyond to squeeze us in to Ray's schedule before the holiday. They are always accommodating, and they appreciate their customers. We have dealt with others in the past, but we only call LaVerne & Son now.

They were very prompt and when they had to reschedule the appointment due to illness, they contacted me immediately. Ray the technician was very courteous and professional. He explained in detail what he was doing and why. He said to ask for him if I had any more questions. I was very pleased witb the service.

Rex came out and diagnosed my AC issue quickly. He explained the problem and I am set up for the repair. I have an older unit and he had to order the circuit board. Looking forward to having my AC back up and running.

Jimmy was prompt polite and professional. He installed electrical outlet on the outside of our garage and replaced two on the inside. His price was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend them and use them again

We called out LaVerne & Son when our HVAC unit wasn’t cooling the house anymore. We are in the middle of a heat wave and needed service ASAP. We live in a Lennar home and our AC unit is under warranty. Many places I called refused to even come out because our unit was under 5 years old, therefore falling under warranty. After getting nowhere, we called LaVerne & Son and they set us up with an appt. for same day service between 5-8pm. Ray showed up with an honorable smile and got straight to work on our system, shortly before 5. It turns out our unit had a Freon leak. He sealed it, filled it back up with Freon and in no time our unit finally starting dropping below 80. So thank you to LaVerne & Son and thank you to Ray. You are very educated in your field and it shows. Thank you for your prompt service, your respectfulness and just taking the time to explain and educate us also on our system. As first time home owners there is so much we have to learn about maintaining our home. LaVerne & Son will always have our business now.

I have used other AC companies, but I have found that LaVerene and Sons are one of the best in town. I have switched all my business over to them. When I call the owners always fits me in as soon as she can. The Guys are always very professional and know what they are talking about there is no guessing at what the issue is.
