Technician, Ray, is notably one of the most thorough and caring technician out there. But then again, all of the service technicians with LaVerne and Son are top notch. Ray represents the integrity and trust of the company. That is why I have used LaVerne & Son for over a decade. They truly care and look out for their customers, just like Ray did again on today's service call. I am grateful for his wonderful work ethic and the peace of mind I have that everything has been taken care of and good to go.

I've been using LaVerne and Son for years and they've always been great. With other AC companies you'll call and leave a message and sometimes days will go by before they call you back with a major attitude (if at all). This doesn't happen with LaVerne and Son. If you get a voicemail you're always called back quickly and they're always super professional. Their techs are great and when I let them into the house I'm not overly conscious of the fact that a stranger is in my house because they're all just super nice, friendly guys. Prices are good too. Really there's no reason to use anybody else. LaVerne and Son is everything you hope to get in an A/C and Heating company.

I called the end of last week and they were able to get out to my house quickly. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was here for. Kyle did not try to sell us on anything or push us to buy product that was not necessary. Being up front and telling us like it is is an amazing way to keep our business and Kyle did just that. We asked his opinion and we were given a very professional answer and for that we are thankful. We will be purchasing our unit from them in the coming months.

The service man was on time, on the roof about 15 minutes, I gave him a check and a cold drink, he left, I had yard work to take care of, when I came in the thermostat said there's no power getting to the unit, a red wire is disconnected. Since then I've sent them two emails, called four times, you are on hold for two minutes, and then a male voice says they are unavailable, it's been a couple of hours and no response, meanwhile I am boiling in my own juices. This could get really bad with my heart condition.

Professional installation. On time, reliable and reasonable. We were so pleased with their service, we had them replace my mother's a/c as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LaVerne & Son.

Technician evaluated system for uneven heating/drafty areas in home. Very professional and courteous technician with good knowledge base. Provided clear and concise options for resolution. Handled some fine tuning to assist in heating balance/distribution throughout home, free of charge. From call to request service to technician visit, great overall experience.
