Davis was great. Came out, fixed my HVAC in 15 minutes and was very polite. Great customer service.

Excellent service today. Middleton always does a good job…but today Quinton explained the things did more clearly than I ever remember. Would love him for a regular service man!

The service man was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything in detail. He was very down to earth, but very professional. He made sure that we was very satisfied.

Chase did an amazing job. He is always on-time, professional, courteous, neat and very, very thorough. Any issues discovered or those that merit explanation he provides you with a visual via a work iPad. In fact, it was his discovery of long ignored filthy and bent metal filters on our electrostatic air cleaners that caused me to switch to Middleton. Prior service company apparently “ignored” this “extra work” for years.

Annual spring maintenance with Freon charge.
Feerio Curtis was the technician and I would welcome his return on future calls. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Informs client about the inspection points, potential problems and solutions. If I was his boss I’d give him a raise; he’s a keeper.

Middleton provided a prompt appointment, & min. service cost. Brent, the tech, was ontime, honest, & professional. My A/C system would not start after the tornado outbreak. Upon inspection he found a twig lodged between the fan blade & housing stopping the fan. He could have replaced the motor & charged $$$$. I cannot express my gratitude in finding such a person. Kudos
