Called twice, emailed at least once in need to replace one of our major HVAC units. Never made contact with Middleton but for being put on hold and the called dropped. Another highly rated company showed up the same day I called them, provided a price and a week later replaced a 4 ton unit with no fuss.

I noticed condensation coming from my bathroom vent. I called Middleton and a tech was able to come out the same day. He ended up sealing and adding insulation where attic heat was escaping. I’m awaiting someone to come back this week to replace the vent grill where it has rusted. I’m questioning whether this was something missed from two months ago when I had a new system installed by this same company. Hmmm… However, they responded quickly and fixed the issue. I’m grateful for that.

Kendrick was very professional and polite. He explained what he was doing and asked that if we were satisfied and wish us a good remainder of the day.
