Mr Hill reported promptly, identified himself, and replaced all vent filters. He set the thermostat and thoroughly tested our HVAC unit. After cleaning the inside of the unit, he replaced the cover, reset the thermostat, and reported that our unit is in good condition. We’re very pleased with Mr Hill and Middleton’s service.

Prince does excellent work and gives superb customer service. He left us with a positive impression of Middleton as a company. We hope they appreciate what an exceptional employee he is.

Brent came out when he said he would and had everything he needed to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would definitely be using them again for any issues.

Our AC went out. I called Middleton on Cantrell Rd. Their technician arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The service was professional and price fair. I would call Middleton again if I needed HVAC service.

Phillip Grant did an excellent spring check of our air conditioners and found fan on the outside compressor was worn out. He finished his overall spring tune up, and ordered a new fan for downstairs AC. When it comes in I want Phillip Grant to come back to install it.
