They surprisingly got here the same day. Didn't push me to buy a new unit like the company neighbors called last week, the guy fixed it in just a couple hours. It was under 500 bucks. I'll definitely use you guys again!
These guys were great. Arrived in a timely fashion and got the work done fast. Very friendly, courtesy and upfront. Didn't feel like I was being overcharged. Will definitely call these guys again!
We were thankful to have Pettry come out today and fix our air. Jessie worked hard to get our air back online while awaiting guests and dealing with scheduling issues. I will call them again if another issue arises. Thanks so much!
$135 per hour, service we used: installing the tool to adjust water pressure inside the house. 2 men arrived at my house at 10:30am, and left at 12:30pm. and they charged us 3 hours total, because they counted the driving time from their place to my place (I'm living in Bentonville, AR). It is ridiculous, that they count their driving time from their office to my house. My husband didn't question. He was so nice to write them a check, but I called them to ask refund for extra charge. They promised they would send me a check back for extra charge but they never do it. This case was in June and now in September already. I called them more than 6 times to remind. What I get every time I called is a promise!!! Really really really upset of the service and their promise never come true!
Whenever I call these guys they solve my problem quickly, first time my sewer was stopped up an the cleared it up same day, this time my heater stopped over night, they came out next day an luckily had parts to fix it onsite, less than 400 bucks. We will use them next time.
I grew up in the Fayetteville community and have worked with many wonderful subcontractors in Northwest Arkansas. I have to say that my experience with Pettry has not been wonderful. I only communicated with an individual named Jesse. The details of this story are quite remarkable. After telling Jesse that I would leave a review of my experience with his company he stated that his wife is a Lawyer and that I should expect a lawsuit soon if I leave a review. I will not go into many details on this post but I will say is that when I was gone on vacation a tenant of ours went through google listings and called Pettry due to a sewage back up. She was given our emergency number but lost it and called a random plumber directly. She called Pettry plumbing. I don't blame her, reviews look good. (But not a BBB member?) She was charged near $400.00 ( I do think this may have been on Christmas Eve) for 2 hours of work. The technician, I believe his name was Daniel, attempted to clear the blockage but was unable so he uncapped the cleanout and sewage ran out onto the lawn and he left it like that. My business partner contacted Daniel and my brother in law was under the impression that Daniel would call the city because Daniel stated that the blockage could be coming from the city side but it could be likely that we would need to spend between 8,000 to 10,000 dollars to cut into the road and replace a costly section of drain pipe on our end. The day after Christmas my business partner called the city and the city stated that they had no voicemails or messages from Daniel but they would come and check their end. The city came and flushed their end and reported that the blockage was our fault and from our pipe. My brother in law decided that this was a high dollar scenario and a second opinion was warranted. Johnson plumbing, for 175.00, came out and unclogged the blockage in a matter of minutes. We were able to recap the cleanout to prevent raw sewage going out on the lawn and everyone was happy. When I confronted Pettry to find a solution to spending almost 400 dollars for their service (because I was obligated to pay our tenant back) I believe I was met with defensiveness, questionable customer service, and accountability may have been lacking. I was even told that "your phone number makes perfect sense." I am from San Antonio and have an outside area code. Apparently, this company may not like people from Texas even though I have lived in this state since I was 12 years old. Happy New Year. It was great to come back from vacation and deal with this situation.
Phenomenal service. Arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and provided options. Was able to keep a unit running and save the expense for now of replacing the unit. Will use Pettry in my other properties. Thank you!
