I have been using Quick Refrigeration for about 5 years. All the techs have been wonderful. One tech had come out in the middle of the night and got air conditioner running again. We did not have to suffer from the heat. They answered all my questions. Also explained what problems were and what to look out for. They are the best!

At lunchtime today I called Quick Refrigeration about a problem we saw with our air conditioner. They sent a great technician out in less than two hours and he quickly identified and fixed the problem. The timely response is fantastic because it is 109 degrees out right now. We also had Quick out to the house in May to conduct routine service and the technician was on time, polite, efficient and friendly. I'm really happy with their service.

Quick Refrigeration and Beto to the rescue again. Had to call late evening as the ac kicked off in this heat. The receptionist was kind and very accommodating. Beto showed up in less than an hour and had us diagnosed within 5 minutes. He put a fan motor in (it had seized) and within 30 minutes we were up again. Professional service from a great tech!!

Another Yuma company came 6-25-20 and replaced blower motor with a temp one. They came back 7-10-20 and put in a new motor and control board. This blew so much faster than the original blower that we could not take it. We then called Quick Refrigeration and Tech Kyle came out. He found the setting on the new board was set for 1 HP and reduced it to 1/2 HP. This slowed down the blower and made it tolerable. We decided to use our stimulus money and asked Quick to put it back original. They just had to order the proper motor and installed it 5-20-20. They removed the new board and motor that were wrong for our Trane unit. Man oh man does this work exactly as it used too. Great job Kyle and Quick.

I had my home AC go out and stop cooling. A tech was at my home within an hour. My AC was old and unable to be fixed. The comfort consultant (Jay) called and was there within another hour giving me my options. I chose the one that best suited my family. I was not pressured or pushed into something I could not afford. All the staff was extremely professional and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quick refrigeration is outstanding. They replaced my ac/heating unit two years ago with a Tran. They are specially trained and have maintained the service since. They have free filter Fridays for their customers. Reliable and professional service.

We had Quick Refrigeration clean our ducts and replace our AC unit. The whole team was very professional. During this time of COVID-19, they were very conscientious about using distance and masks to protect the us and themselves. Jay Brill did the inspection and was extremely helpful in suggesting the perfect unit, going over all the particulars. While Gabe, Erik and Daniel did the cleaning of our ducts and the installation of the new unit. They were friendly, speedy and answered all of my questions. The even cleaned up after the job. We have no complaints. We would highly recommend them for your air conditioning and heating needs.

Used them a few yrs ago to clean my ducts and pressure test my system, seal ducts and they cleaned my unit.
Fast forward to today, my unit was not turning on at all. So KYLE came out & diagnosed the problem real quick, bad capacitor and replaced it. Up and running right away. Real great price, great service as I ve come to expect from QUICK REFRIGERATION. It's easy to see why they are a YUMAS BEST COMPANY year in year out!

Had a part delivery issue that took forever. The tech that installed them was very polite and professional in a very timely manner. After explaining the situation, Mr Gilmore one of the owners, called me to explain the sequence of events that made the situation what it was. His effort to remedy the problem was sincere and appreciated to the satisfaction of all! I highly recommend giving Quick Refrigeration a call for your heat pump issues.

Update. Found out my unit does not operate in fan mode.

No longer Satisfied with the results. Not very confident in the process or the techs abilities.
The tech insisted that the problem with the new motor he had just installed was a dirty coil. I told him that he had it wired wrong. After the $139.00 cleaning, the motor was still not blowing. After coming down off the roof twice to check the air flow, he got it right.

And I found 2 screws missing on the access panel for the indoor coil that was causing hot air to be sucked in the system. I looked around the roof and found the screws he had dropped.

No confidence.

I CALLED, but never received return phone call.
