I’m glad I called Quick when my AC went out. Their professionalism and customer service is the best there is in Yuma. Jay quarterbacked the transaction with excellent communication while Horacio went above and and beyond leading the removal of old and installation of new unit. The final product is so much better than expected.

Quick had been providing semiannual maintenance on our heat pump. On the last visit, the motor was leaking oil; significant repair required. The tech arranged for Jay Brill to come assess our home and give us a quote on a new Trane heat pump. Installation was very prompt and professional. Good work.

Quick refrigeration's maintenance program is a great deal for bi-annual maintenance and a good deal.
If you need repairs, Victor is awesome, on time and extremely knowledgeable with diagnosing and repairing units.
Luis is also extremely knowledgeable. I had my cold air unit moved and redirected duct work done. Luis was very helpful in the design and completed the work on time and to my satisfaction. Quick refrigeration is number one for all my air-conditioning/heating work and i highly recommend them!

My AC units stopped working during the hottest days of the year, I called Quick Refrigeration and Fernando Zavala responded quick to my call, came over and check my entire 15yr old system. time to replace it, right!, Well Fernando moved fast and got his crew (Horacio Garcia, Gabriel Espinozo and Juan Sotelo) here and changed my 2 units and even fixed and cleaned all the mess that the contractor who built my house had done in my attic. I was so thankful for the entire crew that came over and the clean work they did. They even took all the precautions needed during this pandemic. I would highly recommend this company above any other company around Yuma. Give them a chance to impress you like they impressed me, with the amazing units they offer and the amazing work they do. I promised you will not regret it!

I received help from Itzel valdez great customer service and very professional. Always available for service, and the Tech Guy Beto very professional was in and out in no time.

We are very happy with their professional service. We have our unit serviced by them and everyone they have sent has been very professional and done a great job in servicing our unit. Bobby came today and remembers installing our unit for the previous owner, Bobby called to make sure it was ok to come earlier than scheduled, cleaned, serviced and rechecked our unit then answered our questions on a new Service Maintenance contract we requested with a no pressure but very professional.
I have and will continue to recommend Quick Refrigeration to others .
We have dealt with other contractors before and they did not do as good a job in servicing our old unit, so we were very happy to see the continual great service Quick Refrigeration gives with every service.

Compressor went out on our home AC system during one of the more recent storms from power cycling. They were able to come out Sunday morning and diagnose the issue and by Monday morning they had Jay Brill come out to give a quote and was very professional and had great communication on what and when everything was going to happen. Awesome customer service and helpful every step of the way of getting everything setup.

The install team did a fast job removing and install the AC units as well as keeping the area clean and removing all trash, less than seven hours to get everything installed!

Just bought a home and right away I had issues with my A/C. Being a new homeowner and having purchased home warranty I naturally went through them. Home warranty sent out a company twice and were not very helpful. After other inquiries, stress, and frustration I looked up A/C companies. I came across Quick Refrigeration and after seeing their reviews I decided to give them a call on a Friday. I had an appointment set up the same day with Jay coming out to do a free inspection. In just the few minutes he had done more than the previous company, and I had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning. The two gentlemen Andrew and Thomas arrived on time, and were extremely friendly/professional. I had to leave them to take my kids to school and during that time my cat freaked out due to the noise of the vacuum. They were kind and patient enough to wait for my return to not scare her any further. The service was supposed to take several hours and they were able to complete it in a short amount of time. Any questions I had they answered. Over all EXCELLENT company from first phone call to the conclusion of the service. A huge weight was lifted and I can confidently say I understand what was going on with my A/C. I HIGHLY recommend.

We just had our unit serviced, very impressed with Bill, he answered all of my stupid questions, and did a very thorough job. Our unit is 40 plus years old, and I was expecting to have to buy a new unit, he replaced a couple of capacitors and we’re good to go, what a relief! We signed up for the platinum maintenance program. Highly recommend Quick!

After spending approx. 6mos (on and off) calling all around Yuma to every HVAC company I found on Yelp looking for an HVAC duct & vent cleaner I had the amazing luck to find Quick and words cannot express how happy and amazed I did... The responsiveness, level of effort, work and price was AWESOME... Called to schedule someone to come out and give me a quote, meet Jay and I was sold. Jay is OUTSTANDING and knows his job very well. He walked through and quickly identified what he recommended and scheduled time for his techs to come and do the work and I even asked about cleaning my dryer duct (bonus). On the day scheduled, I received a call with an ETA, they arrived shortly after, did an awesome job, were quicker than expected and just as Jay said the house smelled better (less dusty). My dryer vent is cleaner than ever and drying clothes even quicker. Truly I am so grateful to Jay and his team for their amazing work and I have been telling everybody they need their HVAC ducts cleaned and to call Jay - you will be as happy as me!!! Quick customer for life!
