I called because my old AC stopped working. Miguel Padilla came in and repaired my AC, he was very
quick, courteous and answered all my questions. He also gave me a fair price for repairing my unit.

We truly appreciate the high quality people that Quick has sent to our house for service. They have ALL been professional and very personable. Good Yumans!!!! Many thanks to Service Tech Kyle C. for his detailed efforts this week.

They flushed the water heater and recommended a new one (which I agreed with because it was over ten years old). They went above and beyond in helping me, and picked up a new one and installed it all in one day. I am grateful for their honesty and help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Jay Brill consulted me about the job in a thorough way that was very impressive! My quote from Jay included a choice of 5 options, outlining features and costs. This allowed me to make an informed decision. Both the consultation and installation were performed by top-notch professionals! I highly recommend Jay for his knowledge and enthusiasm for his job.
Sergio Gonzalo and crew did a fine job on the installation and duct testing. I was particularly impressed with Gonzalo’s attention to detail and thoroughness regarding the extra support I requested, under the air handler, in the garage.
Installation was just a couple of weeks ago and I have already recommended Quick Refrigeration to a good friend!

My complaint is the air scrubber that was sold by Fernando Zavala. It is a total waste of money. It never worked like he promised it would. And, he went on and on about how good it was. Do not believe Zavala. Had it returned and I believe it was still under warranty. Didn't get anything back for it.
I paid $12,000 for my Trane air conditioner September 2018. Contract says that functional parts are covered for ten years. So, why didn't I get a refund for this air scrubber? Pease, do not waste your money purchasing this useless item. All of the techs that have serviced my air conditioner have been very efficient. No complaint there.

Had new AC unit installed on November 20, 2020. Jay Brill explained my options carefully and I selected the best unit for my circumstances. Watching the gentlemen install the unit was very enlightening as well as informative. The installers were great at answering all my questions. The crane operator also did a great job of removing the old unit and placing the new unit on my roof. Great teamwork. New unit is functioning great. Thank you Quick for the great service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My AC which was almost 40 yrs old went out in the beginning of these hot summer months. I called most places here in Yuma and came across quick refrigeration. I scheduled an inspection and the next day Jay Brill came out to inspect my AC unit. He was phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC and even knew areas of my home that needed more ventilation before even stepping foot in my home. His attention to detail was awesome. He explained the issues to me in a way that was completely understandable. He gave me several options to choose from which outlined features and costs effectively. After doing my research and shopping around, I came to the conclusion that the product advertised and the price for the product was the best in town, BY FAR! They even offer 72 months financing free of interests! A few days later I was able to get a brand-new unit installed. The team that came for the install (Lead by Gonzalo and Sergio) were on time, ready to work, very professional and completely cleaned up after themselves. They were also very informative and quick with the install. I was very impressed with the company as a whole. I highly recommend them to anyone. Especially if you need the financing.

Jay Brill and team were awesome! I had to install an entirely new unit in my house and they were so quick to do the job and so professional. They installed the system and the system works great but they set up a six month check and promised us a cover for the unit. They didn’t provide the system check, they didn’t return my call twice. I went into the office and the clerk called the sales rep. He said he would cond in Saturday. He did not come and we didn’t get a cover. We were very disappointed. We paid a lot for this unit.

I had a mini split installed and We are so happy with it. Fernando Really knows his stuff he really helped us out a lot. The communication was good. Also the guys doing the labor Albert, Sergio and Gonzalo were awesome. nice and clean job we don’t have no complaints whatsoever. We would highly recommend quick refrigeration to others definitely a five-star company
