Jay responded quickly to our need for an air conditioner. He gave us a quote with choices and explained each system. The installers showed on time, we’re very professional. They were friendly and answered our questions and walked us through the process. They worked quickly and cleaned up at the end. We really appreciate their prompt service. Our AC stopped working last evening (°102 outside). We thought it was the wall control so we bought one and installed ourselves. That wasn't the problem. At 10:30pm we call Quick and got on there list to come out asap. They were out by 12:00 🙂 so great. Carlos was so professional. He tested and explained everything, made total sense. We had a sensor installed 2 years ago to prevent another over flow from the condensation collection pan. It was doing its job shutting off the unit when it couldn't drain fast enough ( extremely high humidity). Carlos replaced some of the drain line to fix the issue. Our home was back to cooling again before he left 🙂🙂🙂. Our bill was under $200. And Carlos called the next morning to make sure all was good. Thank you Carlos and Quick Refrigeration

Horacio & Oscar from Quick Refrigeration Co. installed a new rooftop AC unit and did an outstanding job. They where courteous, and professional throughout the whole installation. We also had a duct pressure test which was done by Gene. He even sealed around all the existing registers in the house top keep the attic heat out. I would definitely recommend them for new installations and servicing you HVAC units. OUTSTANDING WORK!

Our A/C had quit working after hours. Called Quick, to report problem, we had a technician Kyle come by in less than an hour. Was able to find the problem and repaired our system . Quick has been my go-to for HVAC issues for the last four years. Miguel came out this time to fix my heater. He was courteous and professional. He found the problem in record time and quickly fixed it. I now have heat (which makes my daughter very happy) and I know from experience they stand by their work so I have no worries.

My air conditioning unit was no longer functioning so we contacted a HVAC company here and they recommended we replace the entire unit. The representative, Jay Brill, took the time to explain the recommendation and even went so far as to climb on the roof and show me exactly why it needed to be replaced and also reviewed all the documentation on previous repairs to our old unit. We agreed to move forward with the replacement, and on the day the installation was to begin the company arrived earlier than expected and completed the installation swiftly. This was a pleasant experience and we would recommend Quick Refrigeration to friends in the community. The sales representative, Jay, was easy to speak to, was patient and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns.

Tried setting appointments for an estimate 3 times, but your customer service rep Genesis doesn't return emails. I've had good luck with your service in the past but lost my contact info there and not happy with whoever handing your leads currently.

Our repairman Jean came out and did a FANTASTIC job! He was on-time, professional and explained all the information. He was not pushy on anything! We are extremely impressed by the overall professionalism that was displayed by Jean and would be happy to work with him again!

My wife and I had been searching everywhere for a blower run capacitor for our aunt's very old furnace a/c system. No stores carry it, no online service is competent enough to send the right one. It has been heat wave after heat wave here in Yuma. We were at a gas station and I saw an HVAC company van and was thinking to myself, maybe they know where to find one...then the guy driving threw his hands in the air as though I had just insulted him and flipped me off... Mind you, all I did was read the side of the company van. Then immediately after, the gentleman from Quick Refrigeration pulled in. I explained to my wife what had just transpired as she was in the store. I have anxiety issues, so she offered to go ask this other company. The tech from Quick was already pulling away so she waved him down. He immediately turned around and asked what he could do for us and we explained our issue. He got out examined the capacitor and explained that no one around here is going to sell one of those, while he was opening his back door. We didn't even have a chance to say thanks anyway when he already had the rare replacement part we desperately had been searching for in his hand. He handed it to me with a smile and told me to have a nice day.
He didn't know when we offered to pay him, but we only had about $20 to our name, he refused to accept anything for it. He is what every person shpuld be. The exemplary humanitarianism he displayed today is truly remarkable. Not because he had to, but because chose to. I had just lost a little faith in humanity and gained more than I ever had before.
