Called Quick Refrigeration for cleaning of duct work. Received a prompt quote and he wore a mask! Had the work done by two employees who also wore their masks. Very polite gentlemen and concerned about their work. Explained everything I asked about. Had a small amount of cleanup afterward but all in all very pleased with the work done. Would recommend Quick to anyone.

Every year Service Tech tells me this might be the year my old AC gives up the ghost, well yesterday was the day! After an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep Quick Refrigeration got us hooked up with a new unit! As of 4:00 pm we’re back in the cold! Unbeatable service and I was shocked at how inexpensive the financing is! Thank you so much guys!!

My experience with Quick Refrigeration has been one of great details and thoroughness on the quoting and install of a new Trane heat pump. The service to install was good and while there had been an issue with the unit they are replacing the bad part. They cleaned up and it was as if they were never here, except for a much cooler house! Jay has provided very good service.

After working with about 3 other local companies for service on my air conditioning, We were referred to Quick Refrigeration, and have thankfully never looked back. Happy to say the service has been excellent for over 10 years. They come fast, when they say they will come, (even if after hours) take care of business, and whatever needs fixing gets fixed and stays fixed. The techs are courteous and good at explaining what is going on, without talking me to death! In particular, I have to give kudos to Mr. Jose Garcia, who came out one hot night and spent several hours in the dark with one of my blown-out units. He somehow re-wired it so that I didn't have to do an expensive major part replacement, and it is still working like a champ. No charge, as it was "just part of the service." Highly recommend.

I had my air conditioner replaced in May of 2019 and they did a great job. I had been replacing parts on my old system for years and it was costing me a fortune in maintenance and power bills. When the sales guy gave me my options I opted for blowing in extra insulation in the attic and getting the newer energy efficient AC unit that came with an APS rebate. I love the WiFi thermostat that enables me to keep an eye on my usage and adjust the settings from wherever I am. So far my power bill has been have of what it was last summer and this new unit is so quiet you can barley even hear it from outside and it blows cold air. I have a few friends that have also had Quick install these systems in the past few months and they are also very happy. The attention to detail was first hand and they coordinated with the roofers so everything was done right the first time. I highly recommend speaking with Fernando is sales as he is very knowledgeable and will help you get what works with your budget.

JAY was our salesman and he was great he explained everything that was going to be installed how it was going to be installed. He answered my phone calls and text messages almost immediately he was always accessible. The installation went really well there was a few little hiccups but the technicians were awesome and took care of them immediately they were very clean there was no mess left behind

We had them service our heat pump 2+ years ago. Visit included diagnostics and cleaning the unit. This time, it didnt include cleaning which was not explained as an option when we signed up. Had we known, we would have chosen the full package even though it is $40 more than it was two years ago. Technician was personable and efficient.

This happened a week or so ago: AC was working fine in the morning and afternoon, then it felt like Hell's gates were opened in my home. Got a new filter to see if that would work and you guessed it, NOPE. Called you guys and granted it took a while to get someone out here which is highly understandable, they came and fixed our AC. The guy was very professional and even wore a mask! The price was high but I would rather pay the 500 some odd dollars to make sure my family is comfortable and safe. Thank you Quick Refrigeration! 😁

Jay Brill was an excellent Salesman. He always showed vast AC knowledge and provided professional guidance, always considering my circumstances(pockets). Jay had several models/packages for me to choose from which showed me that he was really looking out for my needs. All his questions plus my answers helped me make the right decision for my family. The install was not the exception, JP & Sergio. The crew did a phenominal job. They were very professional and hardworking. They understood the pressure of installing an AC in a timely and proffesional manner in 114 degree weather, to give a family cool air again. Very clean job. I recommend this company very much. You wont be disappointed. Oh one more thing...their payment plan.. Unmached! Excellent!
