Got leaded fast no problem like church brother

Slow and over crowded... got there at 3pm didn't finish till after 1 am...and they loaded all the heavy stuff at the back ... had to have my next pickup rework what they messed up...check in is online and minimal parking onsite... however great food truck on-site that closes at 9 pm

Make sure u bring cash. No credit/debit cards. $6 for empty(light) weigh another $4 for loaded weigh. I didn't know. I had to go back up the street to Loves and use the ATM @ $3.95 trans fee. Make sure u write down your trailer tag number for check in and dispatcher name and phone#. Make sure u have truck and trailer tag number for scale. The onsite food stand was good. I had the burger and fries. Overnight parking.

Check in online 4:58 pm FCFS for 2 pallets and took the snap shot of the confirmation and we waited 4 hrs and still didn’t get the door so we called the office and the guy in the front desk told us we never checked in and told us to walk in and when we walked in and showed him the confirmation on our phone which I have attached below than he started looking into his computer and finds out we checked in and gave us door at 10 pm which means we couldn’t check in at another shipper Nunes Cooling as they closed at 10 pm which made us loose a whole day and finally we checked out at 10:30 pm for 2 pallets costing us 5 hrs 30 minutes and missed out appointment at the other shipper until the next day.

Hours and hours of waiting. Bunch of ignorant pe.....

Horrible place to get loaded, you be sitting here the whole day then when you called them that you been here for hours, you still have to sit at the loading dock for hours just for 4 palets

Good place, fast loading, ample parking& turn around area, online check in, tasty Mexican food truck on site

Very easy check in, scan qr code and submit, quick getting in dock and getting truck loaded,good amount of parking space.. Lady at the check out window was very nice.

Ridiculously slow. On-line check in.
