They took care of me and put a new system in a few years ago at a great rate. Did have a problem with it recently and they came out and took care of it. Manufacturer issue and wasn't free, but disnt rake me over the coals and got the job done and were professional and on top of it.

Hector came to the rescue twice, got my 30 year old unit working while waiting on part for another unit!!! Had a new unit installed at a competitive price in 3 hours, awesome guy, awesome family and glad to have someone I can rely on in this Yuma heat!!!! Thanks again Hector, keep crushing it!!!

Walked into a hot humid office early one summer morning. Ac had failed and employees where due to work in a couple of hours. Rapid Air responded quick diagnosed the problem sourced the correct parts and had the air conditioning repaired and operational before any work time was lost. Highly recommended!

My AC went out in the very early hours of a very hot Sunday morning. Waited to call anyone until around 7. Rapid Air responded quickly to my call and had a service man to my home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and l had cool air again in a very quick turn around time. Highly satiafied with this company!

Hector & his team did an amazing job with installation of 2 new units on our home and service them seasonally. We're very happy to have them as a professional contracts.

If I could give 0 I would....one year broke my hose , when I called supervisor, I got excuses not even an apology. Next year tried them again, maybe it was just a simple mistake. But it was my mistake to give them another chance.5 year warrenty on unit had just expired, servicer said condenser fan motor going out needed fixed ASAP. I got a second opinion and....NOTHING WRONG with any of the motors. Will no longer receive my business or recommendations.

Hands down the best A/C company in Yuma. They take their time to fully diagnose and repair any problems. Their rates are also very reasonable. This company also has strong ethics, and won't try to sell you a new unit if the original one can be repaired without it costing too much. They have even offered to pay for a hotel room if they cannot fix your A/C unit in a timely manner - they would rather you be comfortable versus having to sweat it out! Nothing but good things to say about this company. It is a family-owned and operated business, they take pride in their work, and in my experience they do the job right the first time.
