I give them 100% , mistake of dispatcher , sending me to this location when the pickup was at Santa María , but however I got loaded here even before my appointment , wich save me lot of time 👍👍👍

Very slow getting loaded. Sat for over 10 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day.

Checked in at 8am. Checked out at 5:30pm. Waited all day for 40 pieces of product. Gave a 2nd star because they have overnight parking

Loaded here before wasn't too bad then. Good thing I'm halfway technology savvy, some drivers still use flip phones and don't know anything about check in procedures electronically or for lumpers like capstone. I hope business owners are taking this into account, making accessibility possible. Moving forward quickly has never been profitable. Update- amazing, they assigned me a door an hour before they close. If they get 858 cases on before they leave that'd be awesome. 😁

Had to one pick up on pallet thought I was going to be fastand I thought wrong it took them 9 hours to make the pallet and finally put it in my trailer this place sucks. Some of there stuff are nice and some are not they dont care if you have to wait they can't give you a a straight answesr all I got is I dont know and ur stuff is not ready that it

Decent place, busy, had to park on the street. Alot of comments about sitting for 10-12 hours, I think this is due to product not being ready. I think this goes back on your broker or dispatcher. I was skeptical when I showed up and saw the volume of trucks. Broker assured me that product was ready and I would be loaded promptly. He didn't lie, I was there a total of 3 hours from check in to picking up my bills. Friendly people and online check in. Oh 3 stars because I had to park on the street lol.

this is my last time here they don’t respect to driver i checked 4 pm and now next day 11 am and still not loding 👎

I won't say the experience here was the best ever. But it also wasn't as bad as many others have here. Maybe I was lucky. I arrived around 1300 - even then only that early because I was expecting to swap the load out with somebody else once on I-40. They have a QR code check-in option available to help expedite the check-in process. I made good use of it. Just complete the form, submit it, then check in at the shipping office and let them know you already checked in via phone.

Shipping office told me that I'd be waiting on product to arrive before they'd be able to load me. I got there expecting that I'd be spending quite a few hours playing the waiting game there. But even having to wait for product to arrive, it "only" took them about 2hrs to call me for a door assignment. In all, I was there about 3.5hrs befoer I was leaving.

I'm a stickler for good customer service. The lady at the check out window failed to say anything resembling "Thank you, have a good day" after giving me my bills. She wasn't downright rude in any way to me, but I also don't think it's necessary for people in her position to be in such a big hurry that they should be forgetting to show even that small bit of courtesy when done checking a driver out.

I wasn't hungry at the time, so I didn't try out the food vendor they have on site. Other reviews seem to suggest it's good though. Maybe next time!

Check in by app. They will call for door quickly .
Good food in this place. Good parking too.

They took orders but there product is not ready useless people here for 15 hours please be careful to pick load from this warehouse waste of time
